I booked a twin room, but was given a triple room... That's nothing
First of all, the check-in was not smooth. I checked in at around 5pm. When I took the room card to the room, I found that the staff was cleaning and the room was not ready yet. I waited for 25 minutes...
Secondly, the room was very large, but the air conditioning and heating were very weak. It was still very cold after three hours. I called to negotiate to change rooms or send blankets... As a result, when I called the front desk for the second time, the lady at the front desk deliberately hung up the phone and said that she thought the current temperature was fine... What did she think? ? How ridiculous! ! The room temperature was less than 18 degrees at the time! Only after the third call did they send a blanket...
There is a shuttle bus to the airport in the morning, 2 euros per person, it arrives in five minutes, it's pretty smooth! But the lady at the hotel front desk... You are ridiculous!

The hotel has a bus shuttle, which needs to be paid. The reception is OK, but the hotel is quite expensive and the price does not match. Just make do with it for one night. The towels are not very clean and the shampoo is of poor quality. I have used the same brand of hotel twice, and both are not good. I will not stay there again.
