The day I arrived, the room card was not accessible but it was handled by the facilities in a short while.
Love that there is a separate table and the place to put luggage.
The toilet is clean and the water pressure is strong, they provide shampoo & shower gel❤️

The only bad thing for me is there is ants on the table and along the wall though I did not have any opened sweet stuff and a bit dusty.

First time staying at this hotel, my impression was ordinary, just a view of the lobby, a cafe facing the beach. 
The housekeeping cart was pushed, the noise was very disturbing. Just imagine, every time a guest passes by, the housekeeping stops so as not to make noise

I recently stayed at Swiss-Belcourt Serpong in their Deluxe Double Room for one night. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows.

Pros:
	•	The Android TV was a great feature, allowing easy access to streaming apps.
	•	The room itself was spacious, providing plenty of comfort.
	•	The buffet breakfast was decent, with a variety of options to start the day.

Cons:
	•	The hotel is located right next to a train rail, so the noise from passing trains was quite frequent and disruptive.
	•	The toilet floor design was problematic. Water didn’t drain properly, resulting in small puddles that made the bathroom floor wet and uncomfortable.

While the room and amenities were good, the noise and bathroom issues were disappointing. It’s worth considering if you don’t mind train noise and can overlook the bathroom flaw.
