Spa Hotels in Swindon

My mother and I checked in to Jury's Hotel Swindon for what was to be a short two-day stay for a convention. Due to a medical emergency and then us both falling ill, our two day stay turned into a seven day one. Jury's became our home away from home and couldn't have been better. The staff were all extremely supportive and kind given our unfortunate situation. I didn't catch anyone's name, but I wanted to especially thank two members of staff who helped me with my mother when she fell very ill and needed to go to the emergency room. The two ladies went above and beyond their usual work duties without any hesitation. I owe them a huge debt of gratitude and I certainly hope their supervisors recognize the amazing staff they are so fortunate to have. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of Swindon, which is a charming town. Especially old town Swindon, just up the street from the hotel. It's centrally located on many major bus lines and is a short walk from the bus station. The buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, as was every meal we had from the restaurant. My only complaint is that the room did not have a mini-fridge or microwave, which would have been extremely convenient for us, but we were able to eat just fine between the food delivery apps available and the hotel restaurant. I wish every hotel was Jury's Inn Swindon caliber. Well done. 👏

We needed an overnight to break our journey on the M4. This was ideal. Quick, friendly check-in with hot brealfast pre-ordered. Room and bed OK for what we paid (but would have liked two pillows and more tea bags.) Bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower good though lacking a grab rail over the bath. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and hot breakfast nicely cooked. Large well lit car park with CCTV. We would use this hotel again.

We had a stopover in Swindon so that we could travel to Stonehenge for my wife’s birthday. I asked the hotel in advance to do something to mark the occasion, which they did very well. When we checked in, the room had balloons and happy birthday messages all around the room. Another thing that impressed me was the breakfast. I have just been to a Premier Inn hotel in London on business at the time of writing this review. While Premier Inn offers slightly more variety in their breakfast foods, the quality of food in this Holiday Inn Express is exceptional, light years ahead of Premier Inn. Well done, Holiday Inn Express Swindon West!

Excellent. Location to m4 is great for working on the road or for leisure purposes. Very clean and exceptionally efficient with turn around. Check in quick. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast options for room service are one of the best I've had, better than some 4/5 stars! IHG are setting the standard for value, service and overall performance very high and my go to hotel group at the moment. IHG being Holiday Inn, Hilton and Roko to name a few.

Mix business with pleasure at Premier Inn Hotel Swindon Central. Right at the heart of key business destinations, but within easy reach of city centre attractions, you'll find us well placed - however you spend your stay. Escape the office and hunt for hot designer bargains at the Outlet Village. Let off some steam at the Museum of the Great Western Railway. Wind down with a show at the Wyvern Theatre. And whether it's been work or play, our tasty restaurant, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds will be there to welcome you.

This was my/our third stay at the White Hart and that alone tells you that it is such a fabulous Hotel. too many accolades to write but everything was above and beyond expectations. The rooms were much bigger than expected and beautifully appointed. Easily on par with the Premier Inn chain but a little bit more special in every way. The Hotel has style, class and character, which is sadly lacking in the larger chains. The staff are simply wonderful and you can have a good chat with them, regardless of the time of day or how busy they are. The restaurant has an eclectic menu but everything is freshly cooked, so you really do get the best meals. The restaurant isn't a bland space, you do feel as though you are in a much classier restaurant and it is always busy. Free parking and quick access to the major routes makes the location ideal for all clientele. We will most definitely be returning for multiple stays and will be looking forward to it. This property is in the heart of downtown Swindon. A Salvation Army shares the building so there were always people hangin out in front. Never felt unsafe, just a bit seedy. Great location in the heart of downtown. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. Room was clean and did the job. Can't really complain for the price.

We chose this hotel for a couple of reasons. Firstly it said it had a car park. Then two days before our stay, they emailed to say their car park was limited and we might have to park elsewhere. Limited is being nice - it has 8 car park spaces for the whole hotel. So it is highly likely you'll need to stay at the car park across the road with no gates and no security. We were supposed to get a discount as we were staying at the hotel but were told the discount wasn't working. Then the lifts weren't working so we had to carry out cases to the top floor! Having lugged our luggage up 15 flights of stairs (which were not nice and had rubbish in the stairwell), we found they had put us in a double and not a twin. My husband is 6ft 4 so we always book twin beds as we can't fit in a double...and this was a small double. They do not have a phone to ring reception so I had to go back down 15 flights of stairs to talk to reception. Even though they made the mistake, they acted like we were a real inconvenience but they did move us...to the twin room next door, which meant another 15 flight of stairs for me. Breakfast the next morning was crazy and they had run out of most things. They did bring out more but we had to wait about 20 minutes to even get cutlery. We were really unimpressed with the hotel. The staff weren't friendly or helpful, there were hardly any amenities and having to deal with the dirt and rubbish in the stairwell, the hotel did not feel clean. I would rather pay a little extra and stay somewhere much better.
