Too many corridors to navigate in hotel.Pub was expensive and couldnt order room service .Rooms were not cleaned out during our stay. Parking for van was difficult too. Checking was complicated

This hotel has got high standards on cleanliness and service consistently. On a bitterly cold weekend the room was warm throughout. In fact very comfortable bed and no need for extra blanket. 2 small issues. The pillows were a bit lumpy but fine and the restarant did not serve evening meals to our liking but overall outstanding !!! Cannot wait to return.

Had a night away. Been to several Village Hotels and they're all very similar. Lady on reception was lovely. Clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom slightly dated. Temperature in the shower wasn't great. Scalded myself at one point. Think our toilet was leaking as the floor around it was wet. Breakfast wasn't the best. Coffee machine broke and there was only one so had to queue until it was fixed. Ran out of juice, croissants and bread. Tables weren't cleared very quickly. Hot food was kept topped up. Pool and steam room were good and glad they have child free times. Sauna is new and wasn't very hot and closed on one occasion. Got the bus into Swindon. Bus stop is about 5 min walk away. There is a leisure park with a restaurant and cinema just across from the hotel. Parking was free and plenty of it.

The gym is well equipped and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. I have been having personal training with Karen Hunt for the last few months and have just booked another 10 sessions with her. I am a seventy old woman with arthritis and mobility was getting worse making it difficult to move around easily, Since working with Karen I am moving a lot better my arthritis is not as painful. I am more confident to use the equipment in the gym as Karen has shown me how to use the equipment safely and properly, which equipment to use that will help me the most. I can not recommend Karen Hunt highly enough. I am recommending both Karen and the gym to family and friends.
