There was a crack in the room think it’s the paint tho and the breakfast was ok however sausages was tasteless and bacon a little cold the orange juice was fab and slept like a log

Hi we really enjoyed our stay the room was amazing we met a lovely girl called Shannon she was so helpful and even show us where our meal place was as we never been before we defo be bk and if I can add one thing maybe add hot chocolate in the room as not lot of people like just tea and coffee breakfast was lush look forward 2 come bk soon

Absolutely fantastic staff and brilliant service! Checked in on 22nd Feb and was presented with 2 beaming smiles from Shannon and Dan on reception. They were nothing but helpful and knowing it was my birthday had set up a surprise in the room I was in. Amazing customer experience. Would highly recommended this hotel to anyone, Shannon and Dan went above and beyond and I'm truly grateful!

Terrible hotel No bar no evening food Breakfast terrible asked for poached eggs but only powdered scrambled available bacon hard un edible sausage beens dried up toaster only one side worked coffee Luke warm No bagels The hotel situated in a very dangerous area of Swindon Car park 200 metres away cost £14:50 and I got accosted by 4 homeless males outside car park then 3 males just hanging around front door of hotel very uneasy area ? Asked if they had a bar they said 3 mins to the left a nice bar ( it is a weather-spoons???? And 15 mins away which would take me past the 3 homeless guys Again who were shouting at me still ???? Decided to go to bed 09:30 main banging on my door ??? This is a glorified Hostel Stayed in safer hotels in Bogotá. DO NOT STAY THERE

People never book this hotel. They have sold out. Housing illegals. Do not give your money to this Hotel ever. If reopened to the public.this is a national crisis and these hotels are just selling there country down the river…………. …………… absolutely disgusting and needed to stop

I was hoping to stay here due to the excellent location and reputation. Excellent staff and service. Sadly they're now harbouring unvetted foreign criminals. Absolutely disgusting. Traitors. Enjoy your pieces of silver at the cost of our women and children.

Absolute shambles of a hotel which has now sold itself out by housing illegal immigrants at the cost of hard working UK citizens. Never will I ever use this hotel chain again. One can can only hope they go out of business in the years to come.............
