There are scooter rentals and dune rides as well. You will not find yourself bored while vacationing in this unique part of Michigan.Our condominium is part of Northern Lights Condominiums, a vacation complex where you genuinely feel like you are on a getaway. We are located less than 1 mile from the heart of Douglas, less than a mile to Lake Michigan, and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, breweries, and ice cream shops. Additionally, the downtown of Saugatuck is only a 2 mile drive or bike ride away.You can ride your bike or walk to Douglas Beach which is only 1.4 miles away. The Lake Michigan Lakeshore is less than 1 mile away and is a great place to bike or walk. Oval beach, a larger beach that is very popular with summer tourists, is only 2.4 miles away. For older kids and adults there is a new ping pong table in the lower level and lots of family games and puzzles. Fresh eggs from our chickens in the summer you can care for (or not!) Most Guests love that farm experience taking care of them! (optional) Updated Laundry room with newer washer/dryer, new AC, water heater, furnaces, water softeners, basement egress windows, custom closet organizers, updated mud room back entry. Totally renovated guest bathroom in 2023 and new third bathroom in 2024! ! This is our home so we will want renters who will treat it with respect. Four Miles from the world famous Oval Beach. 5 to 10 miles from Apple, strawberry, blueberry, red raspberry, pumpkin picking, wineries, brewery, cider mill, hard cider brewhouses, Lake Michigan. There are tons of antique shops and markets in the area. The towns of Saugatuck and Douglas are fantastic little towns -- a lot of unique stores, many art galleries, great restaurants and bars. There are also a hand full of boat rental places for pontoons, kayaks, paddleboards and jet skis located within a few miles. There are also great fishing charters that leave from either town.No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for Families!! WE NEED TO RESPECT NEIGHBORS!
