The complex is also close to the Perdido Key State Park. There is boat/trailer parking at the front of the complex. The complex does not have a boat ramp, however, there are public boat ramps nearby. We have added a specialized, super comfortable sleeper sofa (Natuzzi Leather with Luxury Mattress) in a very unique arrangement that allows use of this 3rd sleeping area without disturbing the rest of the guest group that might want use of the living room while others go to sleep.
