Our third floor, two-level condo sits along the Indian River Bay, about 3 miles from Bethany Beach. Bethany Beach is a quaint coastal town with everything you need to have an unforgettable family vacation no matter what time of year you visit. Located in Bethany Bay, our condo is in a perfectly tranquil location away from the crowds. Enjoy wetland views from the screened in rear deck or enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the golf course and Indian River Bay from the front balcony. *The building does not have an elevator.This family friendly condo features four bedrooms and a pull out sofa to accommodate up to ten guests. There are also three full bathrooms (two on the first floor, one on the second floor), a full eat-in kitchen, breakfast bar with two stools and separate dining room area, as well as a spacious living room with cable TV and Wi-Fi. Room layouts are as follows: (Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, TV and full bath, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV, Bedroom 3 upstairs has two twin beds, as well as, a twin over full bunk bed, Bedroom 4 upstairs has two twin beds with a jack-and-jill bathroom upstairs between the bedrooms. 1st floor living room has a queen pull-out sofa. **Sheets and towels are not provided for any of the rooms** All beds do have comforters or quilts plus pillows and blankets are available.
