New paint, new furniture, new tv. Included for rental guests: Beach tags, bed linens, towels, 1 reserved parking spot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, stove, basic cooking/kitchen supplies, starter supply of paper towels and toilet paper. There is also a pack and play crib with mattress, and small foldaway cot stored in unit, if needed. Please bring your own sheets for pack away crib.
