Our home is located walking distance from the Upper Shamokin Trail which features a great scenic waterfall and easy trail for family. Great for large or multiple families and a short drive to the ski slopes.The spaceOur 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3 full bath home is perched atop a hill with (winter) scenic mountain views.In the summer, the surrounding trees make the home very private and almost giving a feel of a tree house. The large expansive decking provides convenient outdoor enjoyment with an additional private deck off the 3rd level master bedroom.Our home has a protected carport for ease of parking and unpacking. There’s additional parking spaces to accommodate family and guests.There are two entrances, one from the carport that leads to the first level which includes, two bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry room, foyer and indoor staircase that leads upstairs to the main living area. An additional entry is from exterior steps that lead to the main living area of the home and large deck. The main level of the home includes an open concept living and dining area with soaring cathedral ceilings with plenty of windows and sky lights for natural lighting and open airy feel. The kitchen, full bath and 3rd bedroom are also on this level.The third floor consists of a loft which overlooks the living area with French doors that lead into the master bedroom. Additionally, the driveway has an incline, 3 cars can fit at the top, other guests or visitors can easily park in the cul-de-sac at the base of the driveway.In the event of snow, we advise to move cars to the bottom of the driveway until our management team can clear the driveway. Do not attempt to drive up or down the driveway in snow without 4 wheel drive.We are high enough in elevation (3,850 ft) that AC is rarely needed. We do have mini-splits for comfort. Our home has abundant windows & ceiling fans to keep cool during rare summertime highs at the top of the mountain. We are Slope-side with a full view to the North/East, Dobie Mountain Condominium, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, and recently installed all new windows so you can really enjoy the amazing views. Sunken sunroom with fireplace and spectacular view overlooking the slopes, express lift, and snowboard park. You don't have to leave the condo to watch Freestyles double cross races! Master bedroom over looking the slopes. Unit is in walking distance to the main lodge for shopping and dining. Reserved parking place. Although well known for ski season, Spring, Summer, and Fall are our favorite times of year to visit Wintergreen. There are way too many outdoor activities to list, but a couple of our favorites are hiking, wine tasting, antiquing, music festivals and The Dome, The Wintergreen Nature Center, and just sitting on our balcony taking in the fresh mountain air. The Out of Bounds Adventure Park has a skateboard park, paintball, and the recently added zipline. Professional guides are available for mountain biking. Our dog loves to go hiking all around Wintergreen. Lake Monocan is near by and has numerous activities available. Everything is centrally located and there is Shuttle service located right in front of our condo, which is available from 7AM until Midnight so driving is optional.Do you have young children? The Treehouse is a one minute walk and offers half and full day children's activities. The staff is amazing and keeps the children busy.All season resort.
