You will have beach access within 3-5 minutes walk to the longest sugary golden beach on Maui that's suitable for all water activities and watching whales (during whale season)Our condo, at 100 Hauoli street, Wailuku, is located in a fantastic Maui's most convenient resort coast location, you will be staying not only on right on the beach, but just 15-20 minutes from Iao Valley State Park, abundant golf facilities, Maui's major airport, Costco, Target and other stores to "shop in" your "must haves", Kaanapali and Wailea, and you'll be within walking distance of the Maui Ocean Center, Maalaea Marina, the Harbor Shops, family fun center, and enjoyable restaurants. Haleakala summit is about 90 minutes drive from the condo, and a little over twenty minutes to the start of "the Road to Hana". You won't find better weather on the island, because Maalaea lies within the driest and sunniest microclimate in Maui, yet is kept comfortable by tradewind breezes. If you are planning a special occasion, we would love to help you find ways of making your stay extra special! We can provide celebratory touches, such as banners, flowers, special table settings, and champagne chilling in the fridge, all at cost of the items plus gas and travel time. Advance planning is needed (things sometimes have to be ordered and shipped to Maui), so it is great to discuss these ideas when you are making your reservation. We are new to the vacation rentals and we are excited to host you at our 1 bedroom, 1 bath newly remodeled ocean front condo with spectacular panoramic ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee with sunrise over Haleakala Crater. Green sea turtles rest almost every night on the beach in front of the condo. WELCOME to Our Beautiful Ocean Front Condo at Kanai A Nalu, on the quiet side of Maui. Our ocean front unit, located on the third floor overlooks the grounds Lush Tropical Garden as well as the Crystal Blue Waters of Maalaea Bay. Kanai A Nalu is a beautiful beachfront resort on Sugar Beach in Maui.Enjoy spectacular unobstructed ocean, mountain, and outer island views from a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo that is just a few steps from Sugar Beach.One of the few condos in Maalaea with a new mini split unit air conditioner in every room. You can Whale watch from our Lanai during the winter months when the humpback whales bring their young to the protected waters of Maalaea Bay. Its a sight you will never forget and look forward to seeing for years to come. Another wonderful sight from our lanai is watching the Cattamarans sailing by in the early evenings as the glow of the Maui sunset with its beautiful orange and purple hues cover the sky...as you sit on your Lanai sipping a cool drink and nibbeling on PuPu's (what the natives call snacks) and basking that after glow of it all , that my friend is when you'll know you are vacationing in Paradise!Miles of white sand that run in either direction. Snorkeling is wonderful too. With yellow and brilliant blue fish swimming along side you in the coral and rockier area of the water to the right once you've stepped onto the sand. Our guest have access to our outdoor Shower as you come and go to the beach. Our colbolt blue tiled swimming pool is complete with a waterfall and is located next to our new double commercial grade gas BBQ's with wrap around counters. We also have a dinning area for though who prefer to enjoy their meals outside and it's a fun way to meet your fellow renters as you enjoy the sunset and your meals. Were a five minute walk to the Maalaea Boat Harbor where you can book many water excursions, Snorkeling trips to Molokai, Sunset Dinner Cruises as well as dine at the Harbor many Fine & Casual Restaurants and Tourist Shops. A few blocks further you'll find the 'Maui Ocean Center' a #1 tourist attraction with a Beautiful Aquarium, Miniture Golf and Bumper Boats.
