Because the curtains of the hotel were broken, they should be responsible for apologizing for not repairing, but the white girl wearing glasses did not apologize. Do not take any measures and actively cooperate with the appropriate room. It is worth mentioning that my favorite travel in the United States is Hampton inn. I am a member of this hotel. I often book a room on the official website of the hotel. This time, because Ctrip is cheaper, I booked it on Ctrip. As a result, I was not expecting such treatment, and I did not encounter this attitude in the same hotel that was booked elsewhere. Therefore, such hotel services can only give bad reviews.
