Charming home sleeps up to 6. The property is on a private peninsula in East Falmouth and a quick walk to the private association beach. Recent upgrades include a large outdoor shower with an enclosed changing area, a private fenced-in yard, new siding, new smart TVs and new couches. No pets allowed - sorry, no exceptions. We do our best to maintain these items between tenants - no guarantees. The kayak is at the ramp just 100’ from the house.
