(golfing, Greers Ferry Lake, boating, fishing) There is plenty of space for the WHOLE family here! The main house has 2,056 sf, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There's a fully equipped kitchen area with large open kitchen, dining and living area with high vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV and large wrap around deck, partially covered. Main/bottom level has 2 bedrooms, both w/ queen beds, upstairs has a nice open loft sitting area and 1 large bedroom with a queen bed, a living room area and a large flat screen TV. Garage apartment has another 1,073 sf with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds and other 2 bedrooms have queen beds, and a living area with a TV and dining table. Hardwood and tile floors throughout both. Set up to sleep 12 comfortably, in beds, but have roll out beds and couches, if you'd like. The property has plenty of parking for your vehicles, boats, ATVs, trailers, etc. Outside amenities include a wonderfully decorated deck with wrap around porch, chairs, porch swings, and a fire-pit in the backyard. A single covered parking on the side can get you in, off of the back deck, with just a couple of stairs. Once inside, everything is on one level. The living/kitchen/dining areas are open. Kitchen is stocked with any item you will need to prepare meals. A gas log fireplace is the center of the room. The master bedroom/master bath has a king size bed, flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, soaking tub, double vanity, walk in shower. There are 2 additional bedrooms at the front of the house, both with queen size beds, and a full bath off of the hall. Queen over queen and twin over twin bunk beds and a large flat screen TV are in the bunk room. The media room has a 65 inch TV with 4 reclining media room chairs. A full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The back deck is where we spend a lot of time. It covers the entire back of the house where there is plenty of seating for cookouts and get togethers. The house backs up to hole #3 on Indian Hills Golf Course. Summertime is water time! We love hanging out on the lake with our kids and grandkids. A neighborhood launch, pond for fishing, trails to hike and golf to play are all just minutes away. 122 Crest is our go to place to get away from the busyness of life.
