Welcome to our wonderful Bethany Beach 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse - located within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community The Villas of Bethany West, just steps away from a variety of restaurants and shopping. Our clean, updated kitchen includes all appliances, a breakfast bar, and even a washer / dryer. The spacious living / dining area includes a TV, fireplace, WiFi, and plenty of comfortable seating. The three bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The house receives plenty of natural sunlight. A large screened-in porch off the back of the house adds to the living space. The porch features a high ceiling, skylights, a ceiling fan, outdoor shower, seating for at least 8, and a closet stocked with additional beach chairs and supplies. A charcoal grill and 4 bikes are also provided for your enjoyment!The community has a large swimming pool along with a separate children's pool, tennis / pickleball courts, and basketball hoop - all just steps from the house and at no extra charge! There is also easy access to a beautiful Salt Pond with a dock for launching your kayak or canoe. Walk, bike, drive, or take the Bethany Beach Trolley for an easy ride to the beach or town. We have owned the home for many years, and love to vacation here as well! As a result, we provide items that other rentals may not, such as bikes, a grill, kids' toys and games, books/magazines, beach chairs, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The tram stop to the beach is right at the end of the street and the location is perfect.. right between the tennis center and west lake activity center and the Freeman Fitness Center. There is also a small pier off the lake for catch and release fishing. The amenities and activities at Sea Colony are endless and we would love for you to come check it out at our property. Also, all bedrooms, loft and family room have new Roku TVs and we have games, books, and puzzles for rainy days or those days you got too much sun. We have been vacationing as a family to Sea Colony for over 20 years and are so excited to be able to offer our townhome to you and your family to have the opportunity to make some of the same type of memories at Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. We offer Friday to Friday weeklong rentals or a partial week from Friday-Tuesday, or Tuesday-Friday. This convenient and well laid out beach home in the Bethany West Neighborhood is a perfect gem. The home offers four bedrooms and sleeps 12 comfortably. Two of the rooms have a queen bed. The other two rooms have pyramid bunks (single on top and double on the bottom) and a twin. The home has two bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen to handle meals at home after a long day at the beach. Another perk is the large sunroom if you need some additional space for dinner or to hang out and play one of the many games on site. Sea Colony is the premier family beach and tennis resort community located in Bethany Beach, Delaware. We purchased this condo in 2019 and started listing it on VRBO in 2021. We manage this ourselves and not through a large management company. This is in the Island House building and offers stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean and beach from the living room and master bedroom. This is the last building in the complex and has the least crowded beach area. The 1/2 mile long private beach and multiple swimming pools are steps away from the elevator. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that can accommodate up to 6 guests. In 2022, we replaced all of the carpeting with luxury vinyl plank flooring, removed the wallpaper and painted the master bedroom and installed new closet doors in each bedroom. The Master bedroom has a new king size bed and furniture which was purchased in 2020, flatscreen smart TV with xfinity, and private bathroom with tub and shower. The bathroom also has the washer/dryer there. The wallpaper in the room was removed and fully painted in 2022. This room offers beautiful views of the ocean - fall asleep to the sounds of the waves!The second bedroom has a queen size bed and smart flatscreen TV with xfinity. Both lamps have USB ports built right into them for easy charging. This room was freshly painted in 2020. The third bedroom has two twin size beds and a flatscreen TV with a Google Chromecast to cast video to it and xfinity. Both lamps have USB ports built right into them for easy charging as well.The kitchen is spacious and stocked with plenty of items needed for cooking. Includes a Keurig and regular coffee machine, waffle iron, small grill, shaker, blender, mixer, plenty of pots/pans, dishes, glasses, and more. Has a two person island seating.The dining room set for 6 purchased was purchased in 2020 with 4 chairs and a bench.The Living room has a new comfy sectional purchased in 2020 as well. There is a console stocked with a variety of books and games, and a new 65" smart flatscreen TV. Relax on the couch while overlooking the ocean!The balcony has a table and 4 chairs and recently added a chaise lounge chair with small table for relaxing.There is a convenient electronic keyless entry system for the condo.
