Wake up in one of Sea Colony’s carriage homes and get ready to start your day while relaxing on the screened porch or master bedroom’s deck. Head to the beach, play tennis in a world-class facility, or swim in one of 12 pools. You could also go to the fitness center, walk or bike the resort’s grounds, or take the kids to the playground. In the evening, eat in or bike to the Sea Colony Marketplace or to Bethany’s boardwalk for good eats and yummy ice cream. Master bedroom with king bed and bath, queen bedroom and bath, and bunk room make this the perfect beach vacation home for two families with kids, or a family with grandparents, or a few couples looking to getaway. Towels and linens are provided and the property has just been updated with new appliances, flooring, furniture, and mattresses. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, bikes, pickleball equipment, basketballs and more. We cannot guarantee beach items and bikes as the season goes on, but as long as previous renters take care of those items, everything you need for a fun beach vacation is there for you. The tram stop to the beach is right at the end of the street and the location is perfect.. right between the tennis center and west lake activity center and the Freeman Fitness Center. There is also a small pier off the lake for catch and release fishing. The amenities and activities at Sea Colony are endless and we would love for you to come check it out at our property. Also, all bedrooms, loft and family room have new Roku TVs and we have games, books, and puzzles for rainy days or those days you got too much sun. We have been vacationing as a family to Sea Colony for over 20 years and are so excited to be able to offer our townhome to you and your family to have the opportunity to make some of the same type of memories at Sea Colony and Bethany Beach. We offer Friday to Friday weeklong rentals or a partial week from Friday-Tuesday, or Tuesday-Friday. We always enjoyed a Friday to Friday rental because the cleaners are not rushed to make sure the unit is ready and all set for you, and you can enjoy a whole weekend at the beach, and have a weekend to recover at home after making your beach memories. Welcome to our wonderful Bethany Beach 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse - located within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. This townhouse is located in the quiet residential community The Villas of Bethany West, just steps away from a variety of restaurants and shopping. Our clean, updated kitchen includes all appliances, a breakfast bar, and even a washer / dryer. The spacious living / dining area includes a TV, fireplace, WiFi, and plenty of comfortable seating. The three bedrooms are all located on the 2nd floor. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and two other bedrooms with 2 twin beds each. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV. The house receives plenty of natural sunlight. A large screened-in porch off the back of the house adds to the living space. The porch features a high ceiling, skylights, a ceiling fan, outdoor shower, seating for at least 8, and a closet stocked with additional beach chairs and supplies. A charcoal grill and 4 bikes are also provided for your enjoyment!The community has a large swimming pool along with a separate children's pool, tennis / pickleball courts, and basketball hoop - all just steps from the house and at no extra charge! There is also easy access to a beautiful Salt Pond with a dock for launching your kayak or canoe. Walk, bike, drive, or take the Bethany Beach Trolley for an easy ride to the beach or town. We have owned the home for many years, and love to vacation here as well! As a result, we provide items that other rentals may not, such as bikes, a grill, kids' toys and games, books/magazines, beach chairs, and a fully-stocked kitchen. This elegantly appointed and spacious single-family home is in the only golf resort community near the small town of Bethany Beach, Delaware. PLEASE NOTE: The property is NOT within walking distance of the beach. Salt Pond is a separate community which is NOT in the town . It's an easy walk, bike ride or you can take the Bethany open-air Trolley for just a quarter. A two minute walk will bring you to the pool, tennis court, pickle ball and basketball areas. There's a small play area for children with swings for both toddlers and big kids. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ice maker and garbage disposal. There is a microwave oven, coffee machine. Dishes, table ware, glasses, pots and pans are at your disposal. There is also a washer/dryer in the house. The dining area seats 6. In the living room there is a 32" TV with Roku box to login and access all your favorite Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix shows and there is wifi available throughout the house. The outdoor deck is furnished with a table and seating for 6 along with an outdoor closet with a few beach chairs, umbrellas and sand toys. There is also an outdoor shower available to clean up after a long day at the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 3 beds - 1 bunk bed 1 twin size bed. These two rooms share a full bath with shower/tub combination.
