Feel free to reach out with any questions.We enforce good neighbor policies on all managed properties. Renting homes in a neighborhood/community is a privilege and must be treated as such. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. We do not provide speakers and/or sound systems on-site.Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $3,000 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation, and can be removed from the property due to negligence.SMOKINGTo keep the property fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoke is detected, there will be a $1,000 fee for proper deep cleaning and odor removal. Violating this policy may result in guests being liable for the full cost of damage resulting from it.PARTIES & EVENTSGatherings with your group are great, however, parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a $3,000 FINE and an immediate termination of your booking. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep the property in wonderful shape for all guests to come.SECURITY CAMERAS / NOISE MONITORINGPlease note that each home has anywhere from 3-4 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to be used for security purposes and to ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including the pool & common areas.Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel/sound levels only, toprotect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.NOTE, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/ordeleted when no longer needed.About pets:Pets allowed: dogs and cats less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).$100/pet fee and $200 refundable deposit per pet.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:IMPORTANT - Please be a good neighbor and respect the City's Quiet Hours, which are between 10pm - 8am. - Neighbors disruption may incur a $3000 Fine..No Smoking policy. - Any smell of smoke/Marijuana inside the property is subjected to $1000 FINE following check-out shared by our housekeeping team.,Extra Guests - Any unaccounted-for extra guests (not included on your reservation) will be charged $45 per night per person, after 5 guests..About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
