The approximately 60 square meters terraced house is tastefully decorated and extensively equipped. The house has central heating, insulated glass, thus also in the winter months a relaxing domicile. It has on the ground floor a living-dining area with kitchenette, a shower room with toilet, a hallway, and a bedroom with bunk beds. Upstairs is another bedroom with double bed and a travel cot. To the living room closes the protected, not visible south terrace. Wi-Fi is free! The car-free park has generous playgrounds. The center of the park "Aquadelta" with an extensive offer (supermarket, laundromat, restaurant, pub, bowling alley, darts, billiards, mini golf, swimming pool, sauna, bike rental, squash, playground etc.) are within walking distance.
