Welcome to our home away from home, where you'll be just steps from the sand and great surfing! We are truly a beach front building with our own private access to the beach. Our spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom unit is ready to provide you with a home base at the beach. We have 4 beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Our small 12-unit complex is located just a few minutes walk from local restaurants, fishing trips, whale watching tours, and surfing lessons. There is a surf school right outside our beach gate.Each of our two bedrooms has a king size bed with a 5" gel memory foam topper for extra comfort. Each room has an air conditioner controlled by a remote, as well as ceiling fans throughout to keep you nice and cool on those hot days. We have a collection of books, puzzles, and games and the perfect living room table for puzzle assembly!Our private patio opens to the pool and our new hot tub. Our fully equipped kitchen will meet your needs including dinnerware, silverware, stemware, and cookware. If you like to grill out, please enjoy the outdoor kitchen by the pool, which is complete with a bar area, small refrigerator, and a gas grill. If cooking is not your thing, there are many restaurants along the beach within a 5 minute walk from the condo, as well as several locally owned food carts. We have high-speed internet (fiber optic), a Smart TV for streaming (bring your Amazon Fire TV stick or equivalent), and a brand new washer/dryer. Our place has high end finishes including granite counter tops throughout and travertine tiled baths. NOTE: New HOA rules have made our condo complex available only for families with children 12 years or older.After you book with us, you will be contacted by our local property manager with a copy of your rental agreement, condo rules, maps, and other helpful information for your stay. Our staff will meet you on site to deliver the keys and get you settled in. There is a guide book on site with additional information (restaurants, emergency info, TV instructions).If you don't plan on renting a car or taking the bus, we can arrange transportation from/to the airport. Palapa Lulu is a charming studio on the 3rd level of our boutique triplex, Casa Bahía.A fully gated and secure property within a block to stores, restaurants, fresh seafood, and three blocks from the bus stop which will take you north to Sayulita- San Pancho and south to Puerto Vallarta and the towns in between. This studio is unique in that is has been built with a traditional palm thatched roof called a palapa. It is well equipped for up three guests and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay- new pillow top mattresses with cotton linens, kitchenette including coffee maker, purified water, small fridge, electric stove, toaster oven and complimentary margarita bar. There is a private bathroom and shower equipped with on-demand hot water. The floors are all tiled and floor fans are provided which keep the space fresh and cool (please note there is no air conditioning). The sundeck which encompasses the other half of the studio is perfect for lounging in the hammock, enjoying some yoga, coffee time or al fresco dining in the evening. There is fiber optic WiFi and mesh boosters throughout the whole property which have been proven to be very reliable. The studio is also equipped with laptop friendly table and chairs for working online.Our guests now have exclusive day-pass access to the beachfront pool at Hotel Mesón de Mita, a 5 minute walk from the casa! Punta de Mita is becoming more popular, but it still maintains it's authentic small town feel. Our property manager will meet you personally and is well versed in the area and can provide transportation, and suggestions for the many activities available during your stay. Cozy comfortable apartment in Punta de Mita with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. This fabulous apartment features 2 queen beds, WiFi, AC, and heating. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, shower and all the básics for cooking You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. There is a small pool in front of the ocean that You can use as well. This apartment is in the back building of an ocean front property with view to the ocean from the dining/ living room. There is beautiful art and confortable beds. For now only tv in one of the bedtooms but that could change. The apartment is an hour North of Puerto Vallarta airport, 10 min drive from Punta Mita Town, 5 min drive to Higuera Blancaand 20 min drive to La Cruz or Sayulita. I highly recomend renting a car to get the most out of this location but it is doable with out one of You are adventurous for the buses or don't mind paying taxi prices. The laundry and dryers are shared for the building and there are many steps so I only recomend for people in good shape fisically.
