When I went while looking at the navigation system by car, I was a little confused and lost, but it was a very good hotel. It was nice that everyone who responded was cheerful and kind. Also, the meal was more delicious than I imagined and surprised. Thank you very much.

BBeckyThis hotel is located right next to the Kitamuki Kannon template in the bessho onsen area. A very nice place with welcoming and friendly staff. The surrounding place is calming, allowing you to slow down and unwind from the usual busy bustling city life.
Little details from nice room design and amenities, valet parking to serving afternoon snacks and coffee/teas definitely make on-the-road travellers relaxed and comfortable. Food was excellent too - fresh, tasty and well presented for guests to enjoy in private dining rooms.
Overall a great experience and stay.

The food was also delicious and there was so much we couldn't finish it.
It would be nice to stay two or three nights instead of just one and relax. I would definitely use Nakamatsuya again.

RRoseliaThis hotel is near Ueda Station and has good transportation access. We went outside because there was an izakaya we wanted to go to, but there is also an izakaya on the first floor. Apparently they will give you a free beer voucher if you tell the front desk. There is a large public bath, an open-air bath, and a sauna. Most hotels have short sauna hours, but this hotel allows you to use the sauna until 2am. I went in after 1am. This is the view from the 6th floor.

SShuishoulankaHotel service is very good, meticulous, staff friendly and friendly; dinner and breakfast Japanese food is exquisite and delicious, color and fragrance are good, dining atmosphere is also pleasant; rooms and public areas are well equipped; There is a free CMB pick-up station from the other hot spring station to the hotel (shared with other hot spring hotels), and the hotel also provides a free drop-off service to the other hot spring station. In short, very satisfied and enjoyable.

AAnonymous UserIt was good ♪ I forgot the charging cord and was willing to lend it. It was good to use plenty of body soap and shampoo with conditioner. The heating was warm and effective. A major hotel chain route ◯◯ was great, but it seemed that the heating setting was centrally managed, and it was very cold that I couldn't do more than 22 ℃.
