NNadezdaWe stayed at this place for the 2nd time (first time was right before the pandemic) and I should say that the hotel successfully keeps up to its standards.
Rooms are clean and spacious, with almost everything you may need (except the iron).
The SPA area is fine, but better go there around noon before the new wave of the guests arrives.
Breakfasts are superb with a wide choice of hot dishes, pastry and drinks. That is really a great choice for Italy I'd say (sorry, Italy)))
The hotel territory is well kept. The sandy beach is right across the road.
The only minor thing which was a bit disturbing was the lack of toiletries. Nail kits, sewing kits and other things used to be available without any requests. Now you get the very basics and have to call if you need some extra. That's absolutely fine but.. feels like ”let's cut the cost” sign :)
But anyway, I loved the stay and will def be back some time.

GGuest UserThe room was nice but smaller than the photos fot that category . WiFi very weak. Towels were very worn and thin. Breakfast ok but needed an upgrade

ННаталья , ТулаОтель удобен для туристов на машине, но и пешком можно дойти , приложив некоторые усилия , так как нужно подниматься в гору . От ж/д станции лучше проехать несколько остановок на автобусе. Постояльцев было мало , сначала с меня хотели взять оплату за завтрак , хотя номер был с двумя заранее оплаченными завтраками ( по условиям бронирования ) , а проживала я одна . За бассейн тоже , но в итоге у меня и времени не было там поплавать. Само место Баньи ди Лукка очень приятное и атмосферное ,
В номере было тихо, чисто , кровать удобная . Завтрак тоже неплохой , но так как я пришла раньше , ещё не все продукты были на столе .
За ту цену , что я забронировала -70Е остановиться вполне нормально.
