GGuest UserOn December 11, we traveled to St Andrew, and Rusacks was a perfect choice. Our car broke down. As we couldn't get it started, we asked the staff for assistance. Mr. Ccllum who was at reception came to inspect our car, and he also called his colleagues to help. We feel so warm that they reached out to us! Since the car was still unable to start, Mr. Ccllum assisted us to contact the car company and helpline. Under his help, the helpline came to repair the car that evening, but they still didn't figure out what caused the breakdown. Because we need to return to Edinburgh the next morning, the car company suggested that we leave the key at the reception, and they would come later to take the car. Mr. Ccllum agreed to keep the key for us. Luckily, the helpline took the car away at last, and we reached the railway station with Mr. Ccllum’s help. The night came so fast and the weather was cold. Fortunately, we were safe due to the assistance of Mr. Ccllum and his colleagues. Many thanks for their kindness! We are so lucky to choose Rusacks!
