GGuest UserFor those who need to go to Terminal 5, it's a pretty good choice for an overnight layover. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there's also a McDonald's nearby, and within walking distance, you can find delicious Turkish kebab. Just remember to pay attention to the bus schedule and the location of the bus stop for the next day to the airport. (We and other strangers who were also going to the airport originally waited for the bus across the hotel, but it didn't stop and drove away. We had to quickly check the information and walk to the bus shelter at the other end of the hotel.) In any case, I wish all travelers good luck.

WWan ManThe hotel is directly connected to Terminal 4, which made getting to the airport really easy. You can also catch the Elizabeth Line from T4 to reach central London, which is a big plus. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

GGuest UserThe only drawback was not having an elevator or anyone to help carry luggage up the steps.
Was so lovely & quiet & perfect with the hotel bus service that costs less than using the pods and was very close to walk from hotel!!
