GGuest UserStayed there on two previous occasions. Can’t fault it staff excellent. Meal deals at weekends food is really nice. Also decent breakfast and a sun trap terrace for drinks.

AacacacWonderful stay at this very antique clean hotel!
It was so convenient as it’s just by the train station and there is a Tesco express in front of the hotel.
So lovely they have complementary tea/coffee as well as some hot chocolate and small snacks too.
We were able to check-in a bit earlier than the check-in time so we really appreciate the flexibility of reception stuffs.
The food at downstairs bar was also lovely. We didn’t have to go outside we they had bar with selection of food.
If we ever come to Barrow we will definitely stay here again!

GGuest UserThe hotel is next to a large living area industrial area. Remember that there is a Tesco supermarket next to it, which is within walking distance. The hotel room is quite large, the service staff is very polite, the security measures are good at night, there will be an access card. In general, friends who travel by car can choose. It takes about 50 minutes to reach Lake Windermere, with a choice of car.
