"La Rainette" is a lovely and comfortable Provencal house on 4600 m2 of private, fenced land.It is located 2 km from the center of Flayosc; typical village of Haut Var between sea and mountain.You will be 1 hour from Saint Tropez, 40 minutes from the Gorges du Verdon, 1 hour from Nice and Toulon, and 1h30 from Marseille.The house faces south, opening onto a 30 m2 terrace with barbecue and 1 8mx4m swimming pool. The ground is sported by holm oaks, decorated with a tennis court and a private pétanque ground.The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. It consists, on the ground floor, of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 160x 200 cm; 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90cm x 200cm. Upstairs, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and a trundle bed with 2 beds of 85 X 190 cm. This room also includes a bathroom with shower.
