This hotel was newly opened last year. The environment is very good, the breakfast is very rich, the attitude and service of the front desk staff and the service staff who clean up the room on the floor are very good, and I will choose this hotel next time. AAnonymous UserI travel a lot and I met such a good hotel for the first time. I booked the hotel in advance. The hotel called around 8 pm to ask me when I would arrive. I told the hotel about 12 pm. I asked what to eat near the hotel. After I arrived at the store, I quickly checked in. After entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel prepared a fruit plate for me. There is bread and milk, thank you so much! The room is clean and tidy, the space is large, and will come again in the future!

Kkoosongyi2023 This newly opened hotel has no formaldehyde or uncomfortable smell. The design from the hotel lobby to the corridor is very grand and fashionable. I was just passing by Shenmu to sleep for one night, and I didn't have much hope. I didn't expect the hotel to be so high-end and atmospheric, so I had a deep and good impression of the city of Shenmu! The parking lot is spacious and bright, and it is very convenient to park. After parking the car at B1, take the elevator directly to the first floor, which is the lobby. The hotel facilities are very novel, the service is also very friendly, the bedding and toiletries, bathrobes and indoor slippers are also very particular, the breakfast and coffee are also very good, and the coffee beans used have surpassed countless 5-star hotels. I am willing to stay in Longhuafu next time!

AAnonymous User這家酒店算是我們此次行程住宿中最有亮點的酒店了，如果不是服務中的幾個細節讓人感到不好，肯定是全五星好評！
硬件環境:酒店很有設計感，從設計到硬裝，業主肯定是花了不少心思的！酒店的區位很好，旁邊同檔次酒店也挺多，做出自己特色很重要！
客房配置:對於入住酒店，每次開門那刻起就喜歡先查看一遍，這家酒店的布草、洗護液體、床頭電話、熱水壺等用品很加分的！兩百多的房價帶早餐，房間配置還很高級，令人滿意！
酒店服務:有了好的硬件配置，服務就是關鍵了。入住過程中有兩個小插曲:一.準備刷牙時，發現洗漱盒裡衹有刮鬍刀個護理包！打電話給前台，開始還不信，多次強調後給安排送來了。二.洗漱盆的水不下漏，還有煙頭煙絲從排水孔裏浮上來，打了多次電話才接通，派了個女服務員上來處理，拿起我用過的牙刷就是捅，下水孔裏竟然撬出三個瓶蓋，其他雜物被捅下去了，疏通好了，那服務員接了個呼叫轉身就走，下水孔蓋子沒蓋，三個瓶蓋和牙刷也沒收拾，這波操作看的人就很不舒服。 早餐不錯，建議酒店用密胺的餐具不要印酒店logo。
之所以對這這些細節在意，是對這個酒店期待挺高，希望以後做的更好！業主花心思投入大量成本把硬件打造好了，如果運維人員的管理服務意識不到位，評價經濟時代很容易就競品打敗！
