The front desk and the guest room are divided into different buildings and are about five minutes walk away. This road is rugged and uneven, dragging the suitcase forward, every step is difficult. It is disappointing that the luggage students have been indifferent from the beginning to the end, neither taking the initiative to pick up the luggage, nor mentioning the arrangement of vehicles to send, the lack of active service awareness, so that this is not easy to travel more and more long. Of course, the hotel is not without highlights. The rooms are spacious, the layout is reasonable, and the hardware facilities are all available. From soft beds to complete bathrooms, every detail shows the quality and should have brought the ultimate comfort experience. But the hot water supply system is like a naughty child, the water temperature is hot and cold, and it is burned several times when taking a bath, which is really bitter. 設施：一等一地沒話説，套房寬敞舒適，衞浴是帕爾瑪之水，兩個台盆足夠各自洗漱。陽台建議放點休閑桌椅，不至於空盪盪的衹能站着，如果牆上再裝個小摺疊晾衣架就更方便了。 環境：優美，草坪綠得醉人，傍晚騎行一圈真的適意。秋天柚子熟了一定更好。 服務：這麼高端的設施這麼優美的環境真的不該有這麼拉胯的服務啊！首先誇誇接我們的司機吳師傅，服務貼心熱情，得知我們前晚住在景德鎮，直接開到酒店來接我們，省得我們再拖着行李去機場，非常感謝。但是餐飲、體驗活動等都多多少少有值得改進的地方，已經跟送站的朱經理聊了一路，要反饋的問題都反饋了，建議還是多做做員工培訓吧。尤其有客訴時反應不夠及時到位，這點還是有很大進步空間的。
