I was returning to Guangzhou during the Spring Festival holiday. I was stuck in traffic until about 12 o'clock in the evening and decided to book a hotel for a temporary stay. I found a double bed room on Ctrip that checked out from early morning to morning, but there was no room with a double bed available! After arriving, I expressed the hope that the front desk could change to a double bed room, but was rejected by the front desk, and I needed to add 50 yuan to change the room. This is a bit uncomfortable!
Facilities: complete supporting facilities, swimming pool, indoor bathtub, parking is only next to the entrance, it seems that there is an underground parking lot, but it is not open!
Hygiene: very clean
Environment: The interior is decorated in a garden-style hotel, it looks like a palace to live in, and the surrounding environment outside the hotel is average, not clean!
Service: There are not many service personnel, and there is only one front desk on duty. The cleaning lady helps to carry luggage, maybe it's because of the holiday!

The room is big enough, the decoration is quite new and there is no smell, the bedding is comfortable, the bath water is large, because the hotel is located on the edge of the crossroads, the sound insulation of the windows facing the intersection is average, and we are more sensitive to sound, affecting sleep at night, Relatives of the same company think it has no impact, and the hotel's service is commendable. The front desk clerk, supervisor, and engineering department repaired the windows and replaced the room in time early in the morning.

It is a cityside, so it is quiet, it is convenient to eat around, and there are several local restaurants across the road. There is also a gas station, one kilometer away from the high-speed exit.
The curtains are not easy to use, and I feel that the repair is not timely and should be improved.
