I feel that it should be renovated. One of the screens is broken, the bathroom shower room has a bad floor drain and backflow, and the desk in the guest room lacks a desk lamp. The hotel is still very cost-effective. Maybe because it was built early, some facilities need to be replaced, otherwise it would be a pity for such a good hotel. As a 5-star hotel, there is no freshly ground coffee, and the breakfast is a bit simple. I praise the front desk service for extending my check-out time. Environment: There is nothing to say about the environment. Part of the Wang Family Courtyard was transformed into a hotel. These are all luxury courtyards belonging to wealthy families. It wouldn’t be nice if a group of friends came to rent a courtyard to live in! This environment is not given by the hotel, but by our ancestors.
Facilities: The basic facilities are okay. The hot springs are just average, just large public baths. The most inconvenient thing is that the lobby is at the top of the staircase. Most people can't carry their luggage up there. You have to call the front desk in advance and ask their young man to come to the underground parking lot to help you carry it. The strangest thing is that there is no elevator to the underground parking lot. You have to lift it up through the stairs. We brought a flight case, and it was difficult for the young man to lift it up. You have to climb a hill every day to eat. In short, it is a hotel built on a hillside.
Other facilities are just passable. The bath water is relatively small.
Service: The one thing I want to complain about is their service. It doesn't match the high-end environment at all. Many waiters are forced to operate, and some are very enthusiastic. In short, it can only depend on their personal character. If you want to get standardized services, it all depends on luck. I asked her if the chopsticks could be taken back to the room? She said no, and turned around and gave me a pair of disposable chopsticks. GGuest User在攜程上搜到的店，一開始抱着懷疑的態度，覺得5分好評不一定是真的，結果確實很驚訝，大院乾淨寬敞，房間現代化設施齊全，寬敞明亮，床軟硬適中，跟老闆多要了一床被子也很快就拿來了，而且老闆態度非常好，熱情周到，又提供了水管幫我們刷車，臨走還送了我們一袋當地產的大黃米。房間很隔音，來山西十幾天了，這一宿睡得最好！來這裏住宿是我們最好的選擇，真是明智。旁邊的窯洞也很有特色，建議還在找住處的朋友一定要優先考慮這裏！還有，去王家大院景區提一下給免停車費哦！最後，老闆介紹的燒烤非常好吃，是我們地道的東北味道，點完直接送到房間，非常方便，吃飽喝足，美美的睡一覺，睡到自然醒，生活美極了。
