The hotel is in a great location, just opposite Hengshui Lake Park, and it's very convenient to cross the road to visit. The hotel itself has good hardware, and it has everything it should have. The room reserved by the front desk is quite good, with a view of the lake, but the facilities are a little old, and some parts are damaged and need maintenance. In addition, the room is not big or square, but overall it is quite good. The breakfast is rich, and the dinner buffet is not very varied, but the price/performance ratio is OK. Finally, I have to praise the service. The service really feels the full five-star level. Even if there are many people during the festival, they can try their best to meet customer needs. It left us with a very good experience and we will come again if we have the chance.

The room service attitude is very good. When checking in, I reported that the air conditioning was not cooling enough, and it was quickly dealt with on the same day. The hotel front desk was very enthusiastic, and the doorman took the initiative to carry the luggage.
