The stay was very satisfactory. The location of Sheraton Hotel is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the town by foot. The air is good and it is nice to walk around. Take the cable car to the top of the mountain, and you can also take pictures of the distant view of Changbai Mountain. Play the slide, which is super exciting. Choose to go directly to the hot spring at 1 pm. It is refreshing to soak in the hot spring when there are fewer people during the off-peak hours.

I was struggling between Sheraton and Westin, and finally chose Westin. Its twin room is 1.35 meters and quite spacious, which is friendly to families with two children. They called to inquire about my needs before check-in, and put all the children's equipment in the room early. They also told me that my check-in time was my birthday🎂, so they decorated the room and sent me a cake, which made the ceremony feel full. The concierge is Ming, Xiao Xing, and the service is good. When they learned that we were going to Tianchi in the morning, they took the initiative to ask for a taxi for us🚗. After breakfast, the car was waiting for us, which saved us a lot of time with 2 children. Another point is that the hotel has its own snow house, and the elevator can go directly to the negative 1 floor. It's so convenient! You can slide back directly when you come back

This trip was perfect because of the hotel😍 From the multiple communications during booking to the various conveniences after check-in, the service attitude was very good, and everything was impeccable! There were also archery, jungle adventures, go-karts, etc., and the children had a lot of fun. I'll come again if I have the chance😘❤️

Hotel is big, spacious, with many facilities. Breakfast is rather diverse. Rooms are quite fresh and big. Swimming pool and sauna are good. Location is very central. Service is rather decent. Pretty nice experience in general. Bar closes very early. Very quiet in the hotel even during the weekend.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

I hesitated before booking the hotel because I read the reviews saying it was not as good as Hyatt, whether in terms of skiing convenience or facilities and services. But after the stay, I still have no regrets. Except that the hotel facilities are relatively old, I am quite satisfied with the overall situation, including hygiene and service. Maybe it is the off-season or there are improvements. The cleaning is also very frequent. The facility problems can be solved in two minutes with one phone call. Skiing is actually quite convenient. Park Hyatt has its own ski house, and the equipment is relatively new. I also went to the town to rent it for comparison. The primary ski slope is also a few steps from the main building. It is only the length of a magic carpet and not that wide, but it is better because there are fewer people. To go to the advanced slope, you need to walk a short distance down or enter the primary slope from the small gate and slide down. There will be fireworks and silver snake sliding performances on Saturday night. This was also reminded in place. It was very exciting and I didn’t miss it. Joy Winne checked out and asked if I was satisfied. I didn’t get up at that time. Overall it was good. But later I remembered that some rights and interests were not implemented in detail. I wanted to experience the snow circle, but because of the schedule, I wanted to schedule the experience time on Monday morning. As a result, it was already flattened. It was a pity. The night ski resort was the same. I remember that it seemed to be the last one on Saturday night. 🥹 I used up the cable car directly, and it turned out that the last one was on Sunday. I came here mainly for skiing and rafting, so I didn’t experience the hot spring water park. There are still many recreational projects, which is very suitable for parents and children.

The hot springs are good, the water is very good, and the soaking is comfortable. There are large woods around, and the air is fresh. The number of pools is a bit small, the area is limited, and there is a lack of entertainment and massage. The water temperature is suitable at night, and the water temperature is hot in the morning. Give a towel per person. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was hard, and the bedding was a bit thin, and it would feel cold in the middle of the night. Wi-Fi speed is basically not available. Breakfast is full, pickles are rich, soy milk is very thin, no milk. In short, there is still a lot of room for improvement in hardware facilities. Mainly a high cost performance.
