The large lounge room features 3 sofas and generous a 65in Smart TV while the causal living area has two sofas and 55in Smart TV. Access to Netflix, Apple TV and Prime provided.The house is extremely comfortable in all weather, with reverse cycle air conditioning and heating throughout, and ceiling fans in all living areas.Your relaxed Mt Martha retreat offers 2 bedrooms downstairs and a master suite situated upstairs. The master bedroom features a King bed and an en suite with shower and toilet. The King and Queen bedrooms downstairs both have wardrobes and bedside tables. The pool house is a gorgeous space to relax and keep an eye on the kids whether they are swimming or in the playground… it’s a gamechanger! This space has a Kitchenette, dining table for 8, lounge room, huge smart TV and a bathroom. Take a look at the beautiful photos!Outside fun is limited to your imagination. The playground, sandpit and trampoline are a favourite with the younger kids and the soccer and cricket pitches with the older kids. No matter the ages make sure you get the adrenaline pumping with a game of soccer or cricket! Wear them out so you can finish your day with a nice glass of your choice by the fire pit. (Fires must follow fire restrictions of course!)There are 3 full bathrooms (ensuite with spa bath, family & pool house).Your pets are welcome but need to be approved prior to arrival.
