Bardzo miła i pomocna obsluga, pyszne, różnorodne śniadania, przestronny, czysty pokój, wygodne łóżko, bardzo przyjemna strefa wellness z jacuzzi l, basenem i saunami, dodatkowo świetna lokalizacja - blisko do kolejki gondolowej, restauracji, hotel przyjazny zwierzętom, choć pobyt dla czworonoga drogi - 60zl/doba.

I am disgusted by my visit to this hotel and the way they treat guests. Attached is my swimsuit before and after the visit.. I went with my friends for a weekend of rest and relaxation, and in return I got a ruined swimsuit, ruined jewelry and skin allergies. On Friday, the day of arrival, we went to the jacuzzi, unfortunately the amount of chlorine was terrifying, after a while our eyes started stinging and one of my friends noticed that my swimsuit changed color from pink to purple! I have been working in the swimming pool industry for 10 years and I have never had anything like this happen to me, such situations are unacceptable! After leaving the jacuzzi, we went to the reception to report the problem - at first the lady accepted everything without a problem - she took photos and apparently sent the information to the Management. The next day, the information was already on the reception: jacuzzi closed due to a failure.. Unfortunately, we did not receive any explanation, only a piece of paper to describe the complaint - a tragedy! Upon complaint, of course the hotel manager stated that this was a normal situation and nothing happened.. I advise against staying, because such disregard for people and their clients is reprehensible. The case was reported to the sanitary inspection.

Wizyta w tym hotelu była bardzo rozczarowująca. Podczas korzystania z jacuzzi zaczęły nas szczypać oczy, a skóra została podrażniona. Zauważyłyśmy też, że nasze stroje kąpielowe odbarwiły się od wody a srebrna biżuteria zczerniała! Zgłosiłyśmy ten problem w recepcji. Niestety, nasza skarga została zignorowana. Nikt nie poświęcił nam czasu na rozmowę ani na zbadanie sytuacji. Jedynie co ciekawe nastepnego dnia jackuzzi było nie dostępne. Poczułyśmy się zlekceważone jako goście. Manager hotelu uznał tę sytuację jako normalną (jakość wody) i odrzucił reklamacje dotyczącą zwrotu kosztu zniszczonych strojów. Nie zostało też zaproponowane żadne zadośćuczynienie.... Nasze stroje zostały uszkodzone, a skóra wysuszona. Tego typu doświadczenia nie powinny mieć miejsca w hotelu, który reklamuje się jako miejsce relaksu i komfortu. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu i nie planujemy powrotu. Strój z załączonego zdjęcia przed kąpielą był czarny (i nowy). Myślę, że takim miejscem powinien zainteresować się SANEPID gdzie skierujemy dalsze kroki.

Cisza i spokój. Bardzo sympatyczna i kompetentna obsługa. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Doskonałe śniadania. Duży wybór dań które są przygotowane z bardzo dobrych produktów. Chleb który sami pieką jest rewelacyjny.Dostęp do basenu, sauny. Strefa SPA - godni polecenia masażyści. Na pewno do Was wrócę jeszcze nie raz

Weekend z żoną. Bardzo smaczne śniadania i obiady. Wygodnie łóżka, duże pokoje w któych można zaparzyć herbatę, czy nawet coś ugotować. Po spacerze można skorzystać z basenu i sauny. Można umówić się na masaż. Bardzo nam się podobało nawet w tak deszczowy weekend jaki nam się przytrafił (początek powodzi wrzesień 2024).

Obiekt warty odwiedzenia z uprzejmą obsługą, dobrymi i urozmaiconymi śniadaniami, blisko do Centrum jak i dolnej stacji kolejki gondolowej, kilku wypożyczalni rowerów. Do dyspozycji bezpłatny parking, przy wymeldowaniu czeka miły i smaczny prezent.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. We were guests for the third time - each time we were satisfied. Intimate, clean, nice service, excellent cuisine with its own bakery. Everything was delicious. We had a large room with a beautiful view of the mountains. Close to bicycle routes and a ski lift. On the weekend there are a lot of people, which confirms the high quality of the hotel.

Wszystko nam się podobało! Wygodne pokoje wraz z łazienką, ładny widok z balkonu, cisza, spokój... Przepyszne, urozmaicone śniadania, relaks w strefie spa, jacuzzi... Umiejscowienie hotelu z jednej strony fajna baza wypadowa a z drugiej z dala od zgiełku.. Cisza i spokój... Nie chciało sie wyjeżdżać...
