Im Zimmer war so ein unangenehmer Geruch durch penetrante Putzmittel wahrnehmbar, dass man Kopfschmerzen bekommen. Gerade im Winter ist der kühle Laminatboden im Zimmer sehr unangenehm, da sehr fusskalt. Das Essen am Abend zerkocht und ungewürzt. Die Kellner, wahrscheinlich Praktikanten, ziehen einem den Teller noch während des Essens weg. Ich war zum ersten und zum letzten Mal hier, aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert

Ein wunderbares Hotel. Saubere zweckmäßige Zimmer. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen 👍 schöner kleiner sauberer Wellnessbereich. Bitte zu beachten, dass Abendessen im Rahmen der Halbpension nur von 17 bis 19 Uhr möglich ist 😏

Great hotel, elegant, clean, comfortable. The cuisine is excellent. Frontal location. Classy service. Nice and tidy swimming pool. Efficient WiFi. A good choice for skiers and those who just want to take a break from the world. I recommend highly.

Good Spa with nice swimming pool (inside), saunas etc. Food is excellent with all variations incl. local Polish specialities like pierogi or soups. Reception is OK. You can order massage or something else (payable).

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast and evening buffet really great. Guarded parking available. Indoor pool temperature very good. Only the loungers in the bathroom are not enough. The hotel was not overcrowded despite all the rooms being occupied.

It looks nice from the outside and the inside is also very nice. Good room with a large balcony and proma beds. Good WiFi even though we were the last room in the gallery. Parking is not free, but your car is behind a fence. The buffet in the evening was good, not too special. Lots of choice for starters and dessert, but we were disappointed with the main course. Gped was refilled, but don't be late as things run out. In Poland you have to take into account that people eat early and that you have to go to the buffet at 5.30 pm. The breakfast was great. Large swimming pool, water around 29 degrees. The center is a five-minute walk from the hotel. The cable car is about 5 minutes by car. The skywalk is a 10-minute walk away. We had a wonderful stay there,
