Passford House Hotel

Excellent stay made extra special by the attentive friendly staff, great food, clean, well maintained facilities and comfy beds. Our children (9 & 5) loved the pool and we all loved exploring the beautiful grounds. We will definitely be back, such a find with amazing countryside and places of interest within easy reach

I visited the Passford with my mum to celebrate her 85th birthday and we had a fabulous time! I had been previously but it was mum’s first visit. The room, the breakfast, the evening meal ( to include a treat for mum on the day of her birthday ), the warm, friendly, helpful staff, the facilities and the grounds were all outstanding and we couldn’t have wished for more! A special thanks to Ami who helped me book mum’s massage with Heather , and who made us feel so welcome. The hotel is very warm and cozy so be prepared to open your bedroom window at night if you’re feeling the warmth. Thanks so much for everything, we’ll be back!

My family had a lovely time a while back, staff were very kind. In particular, a young lady called Izzy, who was super helpful and had a lovely aura. Keep up the good work team!! Well done all!! Will hopefully return soon, recommending to everyone!!!

First visit to this lovely place in the country. The hotel is set in large well kept grounds in a quiet and peaceful location. The staff at this hotel are all very attentive , helpful and pleasant. We stayed on the first floor in double room number 150 it overlooked the rear garden . The room was very clean and comfortable. Slept well in the bed. Room was cosy and warm. Flat screen tv. Hairdryer, iron press , tea and coffee making equipment . The hotel left tea bags, coffee sachets , milk etc . Bottled water. These items were replenished daily. In the bathroom was a shower over the bath. Water was very hot . Bath towels supplied and heated tail rail. Body and hair wash in bathroom and handwash too. The hotel amenities several lounge areas, pool, gym, outdoor pool. Tennis courts. . Lounge and a bar area. The hotel is cashless . The restaurant is nice . We only ate breakfast included in our room cost. We stayed 3 nights and only paid for 2 special offer. We stayed during half term and Halloween. Hotel decorated for Halloween and a kids party was carried out on Halloween. Even the outside of the hotel including garden was decorated. The breakfast was full English, cereals, fruit, toast and preserves , hot drinks and pastries. The staff were all efficient and helpful. We would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it. It’s ideal if you want to be close to Lymington and its surrounding area only a five minute drive into the town. The hotel is dated in its style but is very clean and well kept. The decor and furniture etc is all part of the hotel and its keeping .

Reviews were good so even-though pricey for a family short stay we booked. Rooms very old& tired. Tv had no reception im our room( adults) kids room had live crawling bugs in bed, coming up through sink& on floor. When i complained i was told its part of being in the forest. Well we have stated in the NF many tomes& half the cost & never had disgusting live bugs in our rooms. Pools over crowded as folk can pay & use so its not just used by guests. Lots of quite snobby looking older folk eating here so i would not say its great for kids as kids like having fun& having a splash around& laugh.felt this wasnt allowed at this hotel due to the non friendly folk staying or just eating here? Looks grt from photos but definitely not worth the money

This hotel is a hidden treasure. The staff are absolutely lovely and cannot do enough for you! Dinner was amazing great food and service. Facilities are fantastic indoor and outdoor pool, Petanque and tennis. Very relaxing stay. Had a great massage with Heather who managed to unknot a very knotted back!!
