I have had a lovely stay at Passford House. I first came 6 years ago and it is just as lovely for our family how we have 2 kids. On our first visit I had a massage with Heather and she was kind and welcoming and I remembered it all these years as a fantastic massage. When she came downstairs and remembered me I was shocked. She is a talented masseuse with an innate understanding of the human today and how to help find relief. She is wise and caring and I was a pleasure to get to work with her again. Massages and stays at Passford House are highly recommended

We stayed while exploring Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. The hotel is in a secluded area, it's very quiet, but in very large grounds. The staff members were unifromly friendly and helpful. The rooms were of a reasonable size, with lots of storage space, and the toilets were also well equipped and in a good state. The breakfast was excellent, and I would also recommend the restaurant for dinner - but note that the last reservation is at 8.45pm. There are quite a few areas to sit around in afterwards. One point to note: the hotel is a cnverted old building, so to access some rooms, you have to walk up and down stairs to get to the rooms, so for those with disability this might be difficult. The hotel is less than 15 mins away from the ferry to the Isle of Wight, and is within easy access to many other beautiful places to explore.

Initial impressions were fantastic and the service was excellent in getting us to our rooms and taking our bikes to a safe, secure place opposite the hotel, (I'll come back to that later). Our room was up a few flights of stairs, fine as we are pretty fit, into an attic room, quite small but otherwise fine we thought. Very hot overnight, little ventilation, no fan and bathroom window does not open. The highlight was the evening meal, very good food and lovely attentive staff, a real credit t themselves. Back to the bikes, we had planned a ride over to IoW and had told reception several times we would need our bikes out for 6.30-6.45. Long story short the overnight porter could not find the correct key and we did not get our bikes until 7.25 with a ferry deadline of 7.40. Over an hour waiting around for this to happen, we did make the ferry but it was only just, 2-3 minutes later and it would have left without us. I was really annoyed that this communication from day shift to night shift had not been properly sorted, more so as we had travelled 200 miles to do this trip. Ironically if I had booked a Premier Inn I could have take my bike into my room overnight and not had any of this stress.

I just called in here while on a geocaching walk around the area. I was in need of a drink as it was warm so called at the lounge bar. My drink & snack was taken into the garden for me, as this was my first visit here. The staff were helpful & friendly and the gardens and location are beautiful and so peaceful. What a lovely place to which I shall return.

Comfortable, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Lots of different rooms to enjoy and lovely garden. There are not many places I would go to twice but this is one I would love to go to again. Delicious afternoon tea and help yourself breakfast therefore no waiting to be served.

Afternoon tea. For my 60 th birthday. Best afternoon tea I’ve ever had . Staff looked after us very pleasant & polite . Made sure we had plenty of tea & coffee . Everything was fresh . Eton mess was fabulous . Sandwiches lovely mixture , brown bread & white bread . Scones brilliant .

We visited Passford househotel for family afternoon teato celebrate our mums 60th birthday. From the initial enquiry we got a quick response, and the team really went out of their way to make the day special. We were planning a table in the garden but it was a bit windy so on arrival the team helped us set up up the blue room which we had private, which also had a connecting sunny courtyard. The afternoon tea and service were perfect. We are looking to go back soon to enjoy the outdoors pool and hopefully stay. Thank you to the team
