We were worried when we saw the reception desk enclosed by unpainted lumber and big sheets of bolted down plexiglass. Not a good sign. However it was late and we were tired. Our king room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But... we could hear every step and stomp from the people on the floor above until they finally went to bed. We could also hear people in the hall and in the room beside us quite well. I eventually pounded on one wall and our neighbors quieted down. Clearly there is not much soundproofing in this place. Breakfast was okay. The usual waffles and muffins, along with some cheap cereals and fruit punch in the juice dispenser. I have stayed in Sleep Inns for many years and this was a low point for the chain. Two stars is all it deserves.

The hotel itself is ok. The rooms are nice and I like the walk-in showers. That said, I had a lot of problems with the check-in process. When I arrived, the first room they gave me had urine all over the toilet seat and hair in the shower. I went back down to reception and got another room. When I got to that room, the door was propped open by a vacuum cleaner and the bed was not made. I finally got a third room that the representative checked out herself. That room still had a dirty toilet seat but I always travel with Clorox wipes and took care of it myself. A couple hours later, a group of people tried to enter the room. They came back with one of the managers who also tried to get them in the room. I called the front desk to inform them the room was occupied. I went out to an event, and when I got back later that night, my key didn’t work. Additionally, the towels are dingy and have stains on them. Luckily I’m only here for 1 night and the bed is comfortable.

There was just hair all over the bathroom, especially in the shower, like they don’t clean it at all. Also stains on some towels. Also weary of sheets had hair too, and a lot of hair and dust on the carpet in the general room.

This hotel was dirty! Front desk manger was smoking in the outside front door lobby; arguing with me and my wife that he has been working at this hotel for 15 years and he knows the rules. Furthermore, he said that it has been, at least, 15 minutes since he had his last smoke. This manager was disrespectful to me and my wife. Also, the breakfast lady was sitting on her butt and not cleaning any of tables after guests finished eating. Arguing with my wife saying that she always clean the tables. The elevators are very very very slow. Please don't waste your time and money on this nasty and smoke smelling hotel. This hotel is very cheap in price, but you get what you pay for - disgusting!
