When you walk into the hotel, you can smell the must. The hotel is very dated and needs major upgrading. Also, when you walk in the ceilings are collapsin. The hot tub has been out since February and not fixed. The gentleman at the desk was not friendly at all. When I went into our room, there was an open candy bar on the floor on the side of the bed. The shower felt like we were gonna fall through it. The windows were disgusting. The light in the bathroom works when it wants to work. The carpet in the hallways are lifting up. And someone is gonna trip and get seriously hurt. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.The toaster was broken.One side of it. They had a juice bar, but there was only one kind of juice. We didn't get mate service, it was not disclosed when we checked in that we needed to request it. The fitness room floor was buckling. The girl that worked the morning at the desk was very sweet. We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. Such a disappointment.

Pros: Room was clean. The location was good. Online check-in) checkout was easy Cons: - we tried to check in 30 min early and was told it would be a $30 charge (for 30 min???). Of course we waited. - the room smelled like smoke. Someone came and said with the heat and A/C, it was just musty and sprayed room freshener (our friends had a room and it didn't smell). My pillow smelled and the next morning my pajamas smelled like smoke. -There was no extra blanket or even a separate sheet or bedcover. I was cold all night, even tho I turned off the AC. - the breakfast was lame. No fruit for the yogurt machine or oatmeal. Only cranberry juice.

Hotel next store unsafe, Dinner/Lounge one block away
is excellent. Overall average not much interaction with
staff it was Easter weekend.
