My stay was nothing short of spectacular! The property's location, combined with top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The outdoor pool, hot tub and park area were well-maintained, and I truly appreciated the stunning views from the balcony. A local park had Labor Day fireworks which we were able to see from our room. Beautiful way to spend our extended weekend!

Musty smell (very overpowering.) Moved to a different room which had bed bugs. I am extremely upset, and waiting to see if this issue will be resolved correctly. Based on the conversation I had with the general manager, I am not sure that it will be. I do not think my valid concerns were heard. I understand that bed bugs can be in a hotel, but I also believe that compensation should occur rather than belittling the issue. I got home about 5 hours ago, and I am still going through each and every item that I had in the room: bags, purses, luggage, my children’s stuffed animals, etc. After a long and exhausting vacation as a single mother with three children, I was looking forward to getting home. Not to be an emotional wreck and checking every item I brought with me. Yet, here I am. Do better.

For the past 13 years I have made it my mission to always make time to stay here at the Red Lion Hotel Harrisburg Hershey. It is our home away from home. Walking in through the front doors to check in we are welcomed by people who feel like family ＜3. Everyone is so welcoming and super accommodating, everyone from the front desk to the support staff. Last but definitely NOT least, GM Randy is without a doubt, the Very Best! He Always goes the extra mile to make sure every guest has a wonderful experience at his hotel. Always! I highly recommend Red Lion. I’ve gone there many times over the years and always have the best experience with my children. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. We absolutely love the general manager, Randy. My kids always ask for him as soon as we get there. If you’re planning on going to Hershey park it’s a quick drive to the park from the hotel.

Just came home from our annual Hersey trip .. We've been staying here for over a decade, every year we go to Hersey park and this is where we stay .. red lion is the friendliest hotel.. all the staff and management (Randy) goes above and beyond .. red lion has a huge outside pool / hot tub .. heated indoors pool. Lots to do / eat / near by . Looking forward to our next stay . Highly recommend red lion .. it's about 15 min away from park., Rooms are spacious . Red lion is the only place we will stay while in Hersey ..

We come here every year for 20+ years. The staff caters to our every needs. Randy greets us at the door with a smile like welcome home! We get the Randy Rate and the room we always stay in. The pool sparkles as we open our balcony door!

Excellent place to stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the indoor and outdoor pools are really nice. There is a playground for kids, a volleyball net and a jacuzzi outside. Ping pong table, arcade room, several meeting rooms, restaurant, pool table and bar inside. The restaurant food was delicious and the drinks were mixed just right. Now, don't be disappointed if the restaurant isn't open, you are centrally located to quite a few restaurants and other area attractions.

Here it is that time of year again!!!! Hershey park happy for my family and I . We have been going to Hershey for 45 plus years this is my 39th year going and get so excited every time we plan it The red lion hotel has everything on site it is a beautiful hotel and the staff and manager Randy are absolutely amazing, Randy will go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as he can and accommodates you to the best of his ability !! I have never had an issue with leaving personal belonging out I have left jeweler and money in plain sight and never have any staff members touched it.. the ref lion hotel is definitely number one In my book and get five plus stars. My kids love going every year they are now 7 and 14 and have a 1.5 year old who will also enjoy going every year and making memories at the red lion !!!! Thank you Randy and staff for always making sure the rooms are clean and well taken care of !!!

We love the experience here. The hotel is clean, fun, and definitely kid-friendly. The pools were great, and Randym, the GM, was accommodating and made sure we always had what we needed. Our family has been visiting this hotel for over 30 years and will continue to do so.
