Bathroom wasn’t cleaned before we checked in. Hair on sink and all over the floor. Used bar of soap in the shower. Liquid soap bottles empty. Floor was DIRTY and sticky. Nails in bedroom wall where picture should be. Stains down the walls. Outdated. Staff were very nice though.

Love the area, Room was accommodating,clean.. The only thing that I didn’t like was that thr carpet have a little bit of smell.. But still love the hotel &Room.. FIVE STAR.. Will definitely come back.. excellent

This is my go to place now. 2nd time we stayed there, and just like the last time, due to the facility and and awesome staff we will be there the next time in PA as well. Hopefully the pool is open next time. That was the only downfall.

Upon check-in i was excitedly greeted by the front desk, i think her name was Pam. It was a easy check in she gave me details abot the hotel laundry, amenities that were in the room, purchasing snacks or laundry detergent and parking. I was very pleased with our interaction and my stay.
