The room is very average, the shower room has too little water, there is no air conditioning in the room on a hot day in January, it was not too hot when I went there, but the air in the house by the sea is sticky, it is always uncomfortable without air conditioning to dry it out, the location is not bad facing the sea, but this kind of sea view is too average in Australia where there are beaches on all sides!

It was a very good stay. The room was spacious and the surroundings were quiet. Above all, the view of 9 Mile Beach from the balcony was amazing. However, this hotel does not provide slippers or toothbrushes, so please bring your own.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and you could see the beautiful starry sky at night, but everything in the town closed early. Fortunately, we had snacks in the car that night, otherwise we would have gone hungry🤣

Everything else was good, and we even had a Chinese-speaking front desk. However, you can't actually see the little penguins returning home, because watching the little penguins returning home at the beach is an activity organized by another organization and has nothing to do with the hotel. The entrance to the beach from the hotel will be closed around 8pm, and hotel guests can only watch the little penguins returning home in the bushes on the grass. The room was clean ans comfy. The hotel staff has made sure we could access the room key after the office hours. Some good recommendations too where to eat.
If the hotel can leave a spare blanket in the cupboard, that would be wonderful.
