Swan Bay Holiday Park

The van park was accomodating and very reasonable priced. The location was good for slow quiet get away but note there’s no shops nearby and no beach swimming nearby. I was disappointed that the games room and both pools were closed for cleaning/maintenance the whole time we were there which seems an off choice in school holidays when families really need those facilities since there’s nothing nearby. I wish I had of been told this when booking in as I may have changed our plans to stay, we ended up getting our toddlers grandparents to pick her up for a few nights while we stayed with our 6 year old because there was nothing to do for her. Our 6 year old was so disappointed to not be able to swim or play games in the games room. Better communication or planning would have avoided our unhappy children. Otherwise we really enjoyed the park and especially appreciated how quiet it was.

Always accommodating, arrived early and checked in. Beautifully manicured, neat location. Very quiet. Good family spaces with pools and playgrounds. Can catch fish off the jetty. Always making improvements. Awesome offleash area for our two whippets.

Excellent grass site and very friendly staff. 1st. time here and although we have stayed in several caravan park in the Geelong region, if we come this way again, this is where we will stay.😀🙂😀🙂😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀🙂🙂😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Lovely area huge open land great for our dogs however the new powered sites need an amenities block closer. There are 2 x uni-sex toilets a bit closer than the amenities block however an actual ladies and men’s amenities block needs to be provided for the new sites (hopefully it’s in the planning) the park it’s self is lovely with many permanent cabins again the new sites are out on their own without even one tree or bush! Still a very lovely weekend away with our dogos!

This park is set up for people who stay in cabins. The toilet and showers ( 2 of each that are next to the pool) were 130m walk from our camp spot. In the rain & at night that was a long way - many people were driving there! Disappointing for the $$

This was a great find - super friendly reception manager- whole holiday park was clean and efficient with a handy off leash dog area a short walk along the coast- extremely handy boat ramp - will bring boat next time .
