Contact with the owners was efficient. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Only slight downside was the TV coming on randomly twice in the middle of the night.

Great place to stay for the night excellent options for food and drink close by . Metro centre easy and quick walking distance. Quality room and facilities very comfortable bed had a great night sleep. Overall needed somewhere to get our head's down for the night before carrying on with our journey this ticks the box will definitely come back again. Very good communication and easy to find.

Nice clean room, extremely comfy bed. Good communication from owner to gain key. Was even nice of her to have the room ready early as I was meeting someone at the metrocentre. Would definitely recommend and will definitely back for another stay when I'm in the area.

No hassle and well located (and priced). Good communication from Kim too. Noise from other guest could be an issue, especially on the ground floor but it wasn't really a problem for us fortunately. Bathroom door was a little difficult to shut but not a big issue. Handy to have a fridge in the room.

Clean rooms that had all the accroutrements of an hotel. Nothing plush but enough for a comfortable stay. It was great that we were able to have all 3 rooms. Excellent communications with owner
