Das wunderschöne Hotel. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir sind mit E-bikes von Stuttgart angekommen, konnten innerhalb von 5 min einchecken. Für E-bikes gibt es in der Garage das abschließbare gesonderte Zimmer, das für 8-10 Fahrräder passt. Man darf nur dort aufladen, sind genügend Steckdosen vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und vielfältig, lässt keine Wünsche offen: Saft, Müsli, Eier, Omelett, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Wurst usw. Zugang zu dem Thermen direkt über den Übergang. Als Gast bekommt man im Hotel Bademantel und Badetuch. Sehr guter Urlaub für Paare, Familien, Freunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Bad Urach.

Insgesamt ok. Enttäuscht hat uns, dass Isa keinen hoteleigenen Außenpool gab, obwohl die Hotelbeschreibung als auch die Fotos dies auswiesen. Wir hatten das Hotel NUR w des hoteleigenen Außenpools ausgewählt.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern und das Personal sehr freundlich. Waren als Paar für eine Übernachtung mit Eintritt Thermalbad. Eingecheckt um 15 Uhr, Hunde sind in manchen Zimmern erlaubt, war für uns wichtig da wir Hundehalter sind. Zimmer sind hochwertig ausgestattet. Minibar, Safe, TV, gepflegte Einrichtung und funktionelles fast schon edles Bad..Das Frühstück war als Büfett ausgerichtet. Qualitativ hochwertig, für jeden Esser was dabei, Brötchen, Brezeln, Obst, Gemüse, Wurst, Eier, Flocken, Espresso, Kaffe, Säfte etc...nur zu empfehlen...

Das Team im Graf Eberhard war super freundlich und sehr hilfreich schon bei der Buchung und auch waehrend des Aufenthalts. Meine aeltere Mutter hat sich sehr sicher und wohl gefuehlt. Die Maisonette war ideal fuer uns und das Fruehstuecksbuffet sehr vielfaeltig und reichhaltig. Die Albkarte sehr willkommen und die Lage am Kurpark und bei den Thermen ideal. Ein kleiner Vorschlag: Es waere gut wenn der Muelleimer im Zimmer Abtrennungen haette (Papier, Plastik etc). Ja, man koennte das Zimmer ein wenig renovieren, aber alles war sauber und gemuetlich. Wir koennen den Graf Eberhard sehr empfehlen.

Good hotel. Room comfortable and quiet with a nice view. Staff kind but not sure if the reception is open 24 hours. We arrived late and called in advance to be sure that someone was there. Breakfast buffet was good and with reasonable selections. Fair price for the stay

Gemütliches Hotel direkt neben der Therme, so war unser leider verregneter Urlaub gerettet. Es gibt ein Restaurant und Cafe direkt im Haus und den Kurpark und die Therme nebenan. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Parkplatz ist kostenlos, Zimmer und Frühstück sind sehr gut.

Das war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, und wir kommen gern wieder! Freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage mitten im Park, wenige Gehminuten bis zur Therme, gepflegtes Zimmer mit sehr guter Matratze. Auch bei längerem nachdenken fällt mir nichts ein, was ich ernsthaft kritisieren könnte.
