Hotel VOYA is one of those places where you instantly feel at home the moment you arrive. The atmosphere is both stylish and cozy — not just a hotel, but a place with real character. Every detail is thoughtfully crafted, from the interior design to the discreet yet attentive service. You can tell they don’t just meet expectations; they exceed them. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and a personal touch.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious rooms, very nice and helpful personel. Great food, diversified, fresh, all A brand cocktails, animation is a workingpoint. All in all a great holiday.

Stunning hotel. Impeccably clean! Large modern rooms with complimentary mini bar. Wide selection of food available and plentiful from the restaurant and catch Mediterranean restaurant. I can’t comment on the a la carte Noble and Blanco as we didn’t eat there. Only one large pool, which does get busy - several smaller pools surrounding for younger kids and adults only. Spa, sauna, indoor pool and gym were great. All included in hotel stay. The entertainment team (animation) were incredible - dance shows, aqua aerobics, darts, archery - the list goes on. Special mention to Stulko, Dendy and Niki who went above and beyond. The staff overall go above and beyond. Private beach a real treat. It’s clear to see why it’s one of the best hotels in Bulgaria - if not the best

We had a really great experience here the food was amazing and there is a fun animation team. The cocktails made by the bartenders were on top my personal favorite one was Hristox. He makes your drink and adds some little small talk when making your drink and he remembers you the next time you come to him so its a small detail but does a lot when they remember the guests.

This is undoubtedly a fantastic AI holiday experience. We arrived late to welcome drinks and the Night Snack area available for post-flight snacks and treats for the children. Our accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, pillows and pull outs for the children. Daily cleaning and fresh towels was exceptional. The morning brought a wonderful view of the pool and sea from our balcony - compact but perfect. The pool area is fantastic with something for everyone - kids pool and slides, adult only pool, sun and shade. The only thing I would note was it was a bit of a lottery on beds so you need to be down early if you have a preference - but that can be said of almost any holiday resort in August. The constant efficient cleaning keeps the wasps and bugs at bay. There is always something for someone to eat and drink. The drinks are all branded (no pre-mix), the wine is nice (particularly the rose). Ice creams are superb. All the food is beautifully presented. Ok, at times it isn’t as hot as you might like but given they are catering all day, every day at a high standard for different tastes, it’s not a biggy. Theme nights on food were great too, particularly the Bulgarian evening where you can try local dishes (or just have something else if that isn’t your thing). The animation is lovely - not too pushy but fun and engaging. Join in or don’t - with no pressure. My girls will be singing the Lolo song for a long time! I really enjoyed the evening entertainment, which was fun and varied for all tastes. The beach area is small but with the nice addition of a small kiosk for drinks. The sea is clean and the beach is tidy. This wouldn’t be a dealbreaker for me as we prefer the pool. It’s worth taking a walk up to the marina and church for a change of scenery or if the weather has an off day. I had a medical issue while I was there and the hotel staff were very helpful in directing me to medical assistance and arranging for transport. All in all, I really cannot fault this amazing resort. It tops Dubai in terms of food, facilities and value (though off resort visit options are much more limited). I have already recommended it to some close friends and I write this review in some way reluctantly as it would be nice if it could remain a hidden gem. But the resort and the hard working staff deserve recognition for the fantastic experience it provides.
