The environment is very good, and foreign guests can also stay. The price-performance ratio is relatively high. The room is also quite large, with complete facilities. The boss's attitude is very good and the service is quite thoughtful. If you go to Mudu Ancient Town for a day, you will also live here very close, just one stop away.

This hotel is really great! Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms. The bedding is very comfortable and I slept very well. The hotel service is also very good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. The room lady always smiles, giving me a very comfortable and warm feeling. I have to praise their noodles for breakfast, which is very special. Everyone must try this breakfast in Suzhou. I will stay here again next time.

This hotel has really gone down since I last stayed here. It’s badly in need a renovation to bring it back up to modern standards. Very old and worn down now. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast was ok Will probably look to stay somewhere else next time I’m Suzhou.

10 minutes away form subway station , the hotel is clean and service was good, the neighborhood seems too lonely during the day but at night there are many options to eat , not many things to do there though besides eating.

Did not meet expectations. Building has issues. -Rooms had temperature issues that the AC could not handle, Hotel tries to handle this with curtains and a paper notice (see picture. With the curtains closed Room was 35°C at check-in in winter because the room was on the sunny side). -Lack of hot water for the shower/bath in the evening, hotel said it has trouble handling peak hours (and they weren't even fully booked). -Shoehorn dropped in the middle of the night, waking us. Hanger is a double sided tape variety. -Other obvious maintenance issues like the electrical socket being misaligned, and the toilet seat having bad gearing in the smart toilet. -No decaf coffee available in the room, the staff said there is none (did not even know what it was). Normally with this brand of coffee the decaf is in blue packets. -Breakfast was mediocre at best. Pretty standard mainland fare. Line to the noodle stall was excessive, and for everything else the quality was lacking. On the positive side, the pool and the sauna were satisfactory. Good parking too. Firm bed for those who like it. Staff was fairly responsive despite, although Chinese is helpful. And for one of the 3 rooms booked we got an upgrade (although all of the negatives above still apply)

The third stay for me in this hotel. I keep coming back because everything works very well here. The staff is friendly and professional. Location is great, there is a big shopping mall across the street and metro lines 3 and 1 are also nearby. I liked the large breakfast buffet, especially the noodle station. The room was maybe a bit old but large and quiet. Excellent price/quality.

Overall, the room is clean and tidy, the environment is good, and the scenery outside the window is beautiful. It is the first choice for business trips and will come again next time. The only problem is that the invoice is inconvenient. It is not connected to Ctrip and needs to be issued by the hotel.

It is an amazing place. The scenery is breathtaking. The room was big and always clean.The staff was helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A special thanks to Lilian she is the best and made sure everything was perfect. Breakfast can be better. However, I will definitely go there again. Thank you so much Lilian for everything. If, I could I will definitely give Lilian a 10.

The hotel location is close to the station, and it's very convinient for travelers to move to other town with high speed railway trains. Staff are very nice and polite. We are happy with our stay 😁
