Walking into the hotel feels like walking into a five-star hotel. The hotel looks high-end. The hotel is located in Zhenze Park. The style is garden-style and Republican style, and the environment is beautiful. It takes a few minutes to walk to Zhenze Ancient Town and 20 minutes to drive to Nanxun Ancient Town. It is very convenient to go to these scenic spots. The staff has a good service attitude and can patiently solve the problems pointed out. The room is very large, and the king-size bed room also has a sofa that can be pulled out as a bed, so the king-size bed room is completely suitable for 3 people with children. The hotel has a restaurant, you can order dishes, and there are some suitable sets for us to choose. For dinner, the five of us chose a set meal of 268 yuan. This set meal has a large amount of dishes and a high cost-effectiveness. The five of us ate very full, so if you don’t eat out, eating in the hotel is also a good choice.

Love the aesthetics of the hotel! Location was relatively convenient too but we took Didi everywhere. Many lovely photo spots and complimentary try on of the hanfu was a bonus! The staff were polite and helpful. Even helped us to reheat one of our packed food and taught us how ti use the washer/dryer. Room temperature was nice and comfortable too. Only two complains were that the bathtub was very badly maintained and we didn’t dare to use it as there were mould. And the most shocking thing was on the second last day, I decided to let my toddler juggle from the cup provided. The water turned really murky and disgusting. I thought it was the cup issue. Changed another cup and tried again and the water really turned colour into soapy water right after! See attached. Hotel, please look into the water quality… tried the water at other hotels but have never encountered this before..

The most incredible service to date in 20years of China hotel stays. Extremely friendly staff, great English and attention to detail. 10/5 stars for service. Breakfast buffet also good. The only very small issue was the rooms didn’t have plugs on side of bed to charge phone. Lovely hotel, amazing service and highly recommended to others. To management just would politely suggest to and plugs on each side of bed so can charge phones, it’s not 1995 anymore and everyone has devices to charge.

First, I hesitate in booking this hotel but I was so impressed by the service and the friendliness of the staff. Hence, I booked a second night with a free complimentary drinks. Upon arriving the hotel, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist named Yolanda, being a non chinese speaker, I feel very relaxed talking to her. She also helped me for an early check-in since we arrived a bit early. We got in early to our room but an upgrade as well. I was so thrilled with the room, the amenities and the coziness of the vibe. The breakfast was amazing as well...If you will come to this hotel, look for Yolanda. She will definitely assist you in all your needs even give you suggestions to places to go and whether it is hot or raining that day. It was an amazing experience. Location is perfect. Jinji lake. Shopping mall with eateries and million shops, metro station, all in walking distance. Room was spacious. Bed was a bit soft for me, heating/AC worked well, amenities were fine. We tried the swimming pool, view was nice from the 27th floor. There was a weird noise, every 8-10 minutes a bang on the wall coming from above in the middle of the night for 1-2 hours. I guess we were just not lucky with those neighbors...

A very beautiful property to stay, the staff is extremely hospitable and sweet. Highly recommended for people who are looking for a relaxing and serene staycation near Shanghai. It does have a western restaurant on site and hotspring facility is also nice 👍

The room is large and has a balcony. I can't look closely, but I can see that many facilities are old and not well maintained, including the shower, which is faded and leaking. Parking is convenient The breakfast is average, which is different from the old five-star hotels. Service 4.5, 0.5 is a deduction for room service. I asked for paper towels twice but didn't get them, so I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. The front desk service is very good, giving people a homely feeling. In general, I won't come again next time.

Got free upgrade and love the room with huge window. Super clean and comfortable. Great amenities and there is guest laundry room. Room service/ attendant at level 8 is excellent. Front desk ladies are friendly too.
