We checked in to the Holiday Inn front desk where Zora greeted us and enthusiastically helped us upgrade to a lake view room. The view was beautiful, the room was clean, the breakfast was rich, and it was convenient to drive to the Qionglong Mountain Scenic Area. The experience was good.

I went to Suzhou with my family to visit the graves of our ancestors. I specially chose this Holiday Inn Express, which is relatively close and well located, to stay overnight. The location is right by the elegant Taihu Lake, not close to the noisy highway, and very close to the new Line 5 Taihu Pearl Metro Station. If you drive to and from, the surrounding new district roads are also well built. The hotel staff upgraded us to a Taihu Lake View Twin Room for free, and upgraded breakfast to the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the Holiday Inn next door, which upgraded the experience a lot. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room can directly enjoy the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake. Taihu Lake in Suzhou is quieter and more comfortable than that in Wuxi. The breakfast is also richer after the upgrade, with various cakes and breads, milk and juice, fried noodles, Suzhou-style soup noodles, Dorayaki, fruits, coarse grains, etc., which are very rich and delicious. If there are family members who get up late and don’t have time for breakfast, the staff will not only agree that we pack some appropriate amount of food and bring it upstairs to the family, but will also take the initiative to provide packaging boxes and bags and pack some fruit milk cakes for us. The room is of moderate size, the bedroom and bathroom facilities are complete, the living is very comfortable, and the wifi is smooth. There is a 24-hour unmanned convenience store in the connected Holiday Inn, which is very convenient for buying things on the spur of the moment. There is a lawn in the middle of the hotel, and it is very comfortable to walk on the lawn. If I have to say the only shortcoming is that I am used to sleeping on a hard mattress, and the mattress of this hotel is so soft that I sink into it. I am not used to it, but there should be many people who like this. In short, it left me a very good impression. If I go there again next time, I will choose this hotel again.

The view of the lake from the cafe on the first floor is very good. The weather is nice. Unfortunately, the clouds are too thick in the evening and the sunset does not last very long. Hygiene: The whole place is clean, no hair is seen, especially the bathtub, I have to praise it, even the drain is clean, and there is a disposable bathtub cover (I don’t want to share it with others, even if it is washed, who knows), you can ask for more There are a few, and after two dips, I almost looked like a giant. The water temperature is very strong. Facilities: Same as the picture, projection, Xiaomi TV box, Harman Kardon speakers, bathtub Service: I checked in with the housekeeper on WeChat and sent tips and strategies. I went to eat this noodle. It was delicious and suited my taste. It was a bit hard to find until I saw the billboard. Just text me if you have anything to do. It's very convenient. You don't need to have too much contact. You don't need to wait in vain to check out, which is very comfortable.

It was late to play at night, and there was a late-night porridge service. It just made the children who had been playing for a day fill their stomachs and went back to the hotel to sleep beautifully. It is also worth mentioning that the book bar on the first floor is also very good. I probably read three books and it was very comfortable. The whole experience is still very good. Next time I go to Suzhou Paradise to play and live here.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right by the Taihu Lake. The housekeeper Xiao Xing provides great service! We had problems that were solved promptly and the stay was excellent. The hotel is very good for parents and children. The baby can play in the hotel all day, in the children's playground, swimming pool, and cinema. The baby can watch movies as usual by himself. I like the staff. The restaurant waiter is very enthusiastic to introduce the special dishes. The white fish in the Chinese restaurant is fresh and delicious. I will stay here next time

The boss lady is very nice, a dog lover, very caring. The boss helped me carry my luggage and ground coffee for me. She is very caring. I wish the boss a prosperous business and lots of money.

We booked a private hot spring room and took a bath every day to relieve the city syndrome. Friendly staff, helpful, and pet-friendly are the consistent characteristics of Huajiantang. The hotel's meals are local Suzhou flavors, with many breakfast options and rich lunch options. It is a sanatorium hotel that you will go back to again! The surrounding Shushan Ecological Plank Road allows you to hike 7 kilometers, with bamboo forests, ancient temples and farmhouse restaurants along the way, returning to nature!

Hot spring pools didn't vary much, and occupied what seems to be a small area, which worked to our advantage because we stayed when the wearther was 1-2degC. Restaurant offered fair-priced dinner options, breakfast spread was fair as well. Not much happening in the surrounding area, until one takes the tourist shuttle (or the ebikes for rent parked around the area) where folks can check out other quaint village/farm cafes and restaurants.
