在看了蘇州眾多五星級酒店的點評後，我選定了隱匿於竹輝裏的金普頓酒店。事實證明，這次入住無疑是我此次旅程中最滿意的選擇！ 踏入酒店，大堂的每位工作人員都熱情有禮，每一處裝飾都在靜靜訴説著蘇州城的温婉與寧靜，讓人瞬間沉浸其中。 酒店地理位置優越，前往周邊景點十分方便，打掃房間的阿姨也很細緻周到。在此，我要特別表揚一下Amber，她處理問題高效且專業，讓我備受重視。我不經意間提到，希望第二天朋友的房間能安排到隔壁，方便我們與朋友交流。Amber當即迴應，迅速協調安排，朋友也順利入住。如此貼心周到的服務，必須點贊！ 此次入住也是存在一些小瑕疵的，我們入住了三天，房間電話時常打不出去，給我們帶來了一些不便，希望酒店以後能夠重視並加以解決。 總體而言，此次入住體驗超級棒！若有機會再來蘇州，我依然會選擇竹輝金普頓酒店。

The courtyard and architectural style are very elegant, and every shot is a beautiful scene. The room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the cleaning is in place. After cleaning every day, people feel safe and relaxed. The restaurant's breakfast is very rich, especially the Chinese dim sum and freshly made Benedict eggs, which are impressive. The entire hotel environment is quiet and pleasant, whether it is the lobby or the courtyard, it exudes a low-key and warm atmosphere. There is a Huanyuhui business district in front of it, which is convenient for eating and shopping. If you have any needs, you can find the housekeeper, and quietly ask for takeout to help deliver to the room. There are many delicious foods around and convenient transportation.
