西坡震澤的管家很温馨很貼心也很温柔，到達第一天在停車場接我們，協助我們停車。入住後，細心周到，提供很詳細的古鎮遊玩攻略，以及美食推薦。管家小王姐姐給我們提供了晚間項目，製作DIY蠶絲扇，剝繭抽絲的過程和操作，很解壓，很放鬆。小趙姐姐給我們提供講解西坡的各個民宿，以及震澤的遊玩。很放鬆很悠閑的國慶假期。

酒店在古街的一個老宅子裏，自帶江南小庭院，特別喜歡院子裏有年頭的各種芭蕉，海棠，枇杷樹。房間的窗户碰巧被一片小竹林圍繞，特別美。推薦想要體驗一次江南古鎮生活的。
管家婷婷雖然只是實習，卻非常幹練。從入住前的各種温馨提醒，到想辦法幫忙留停車位，因身體不舒服幫忙協調預訂改期，能夠提前預判各種需求。真的太細緻了，五星管家👍

原就是尋着西坡找到的震澤，才知道震澤古鎮，本有擔心，但慶幸還是去了。特別是師儉堂；迴廊處，亭台樓榭，一步一景令人魂穿那時，彷彿眼前出現了古人生活的模樣，份外雅緻。
因為是歷史建築改造而成，這家西坡沒有餐廳，但據十一姑娘説的，因為在一眾客人的祈願下，才有了早餐。
早餐的確不錯，雖然樣式簡單；卻也豐富，管家十一也是細心，看得出認真在接待。
這年頭服務不易，好的服務難得，儘管遇到了比較吵鬧的客人，但最後結果還是好的。不過素質千萬，法律條文雖然可以約束人，但大多數還是要靠自己自律。
設計上融合了西坡獨有的設計思維和歷史建築的原有風韻，融合的到還是不錯的。
下次還會考慮。

The butler Xiaoka was very considerate. He contacted us one day in advance to send us relevant matters. He picked us up at the parking lot on the same day and helped us upgrade our room. The service was warm and thoughtful. The B&B is located in Zhenze Ancient Town. The ancient town is small and quiet, and overall it is very suitable for vacation. The design of the B&B is simple and elegant, with a Jiangnan charm. The room we stayed in was more than 50 square meters, with complete facilities and soft bedding. The only drawback is that there are a lot of mosquitoes in summer and the air conditioner is a little loud, so I don't sleep well at night. Remember to do a good job of repelling mosquitoes.
