酒店位置處在山水中，就在太湖旁邊，房間很好，乾淨整潔，酒店充滿童趣，前廳小袁服務熱情，有問必答，前台配備小童洗漱用品還有捏捏樂，小朋友很喜歡，早餐種類很多，味道不錯，適合大眾口味，酒店就像個大花園，在酒店散步很愜意，總之，下次來還會選擇這家酒店！

衝著温泉來的，温泉就池子來説挺好，水也仔細觀察了一下，很乾凈，沒有網上新聞裏説的滿是死皮的情況😂就是室內到温泉的距離有點遠，冬天走過去很冷。游泳池很大，孩子喜歡。園區很大，有小童玩樂設施。
房間比較乾淨，但是和衞生間連在一起，木質推拉門聲音太響，晚上燈光響動的影響明顯。

服務：很好，房間有接送車，晚上讓房間服務送毛巾和洗漱用品也很快上門了
設施：室內泳池寬敞，因為是冬天去，水温也剛好，遊起來很舒服

扣分項：1. 酒店設施比較老了。住的2號樓，基礎房型，樓和房間都比較老，房間內沒有地毯，木地板。
2.連住兩晚，第二天晚上回房間，抽紙用完了並沒有續上。又打電話要求更新的。
3.酒店設計有點缺陷。主樓的空調等外機在樓外，用類似於施工棚一樣的格擋擋住，顯得不夠高級。每次去吃早飯都路過這塊區域，不太雅觀。
4.這個位置可以放煙花，過年期間每天晚上都有住客放煙花，這是好事，然後呢，早晨8:30去吃早飯，路上滿是煙花爆竹的殘渣，沒有人清理。
好的地方：1.性價比比較高，novotel是四星吧，以四星標準來看，可能還可以了。建議攜程也不要標五顆星，更像四顆星的酒店。
2.前台服務不錯，有問必答，而且回答內容比較像是聊天，而不是機械化的回覆。

We chose this hotel for our big family gathering from the eve of the Chinese New Year to the first day of the Chinese New Year. It is very cost-effective. The hotel includes entertainment activities for three generations, including hot springs, mahjong, KTV, indoor and outdoor amusement parks, and a fireworks show on the night of New Year's Eve. It was very fulfilling. Although there were not many varieties of breakfast, the service staff were very efficient and everyone had a lively look. There didn't seem to be many people serving room service on New Year's Eve, but when we needed something in the room, it was delivered very quickly. Thank you very much~ Everyone also had a towel and bathrobe for the hot spring bath, and the sound effect of the KTV was also good. Overall, I am very satisfied!
