SUZHOU WUJIANG GRAND KINGTOWN HOTEL

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the room even has a huge bathtub, which is perfect for a relaxing soak in the evening. Our room was on a high floor, offering fantastic views of the Suzhou-Hangzhou Canal! The front desk staff, both the guys and girls, were incredibly attentive and welcoming. Highly recommended! 😌

I was in Wujiang for business and decided to combine it with a family trip. The room was very spacious, not far from Metro Line 4, and the facilities were complete, new, and very functional. The service was excellent, and the layout was very well thought out. Downstairs is Canal Park, where you can see the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It's also very close to Tongli Ancient Town. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The room was great, very spacious, and the price was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave helpful reminders about check-in. The hotel offers free parking with its own lot, which is a big plus for business travelers.

This hotel was an absolute gem for our National Day holiday trip! The location is fantastic, right by the canal with beautiful river views. If you're lucky, you might even catch a ferry passing by ⛴️. The front desk staff were incredibly dedicated; despite the large crowd, they managed everything very efficiently and in an organized manner. Thumbs up!

My stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff were professional and attentive, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the canal, offering a peaceful and picturesque view when you have some free time – it really sets a lovely atmosphere. The room was clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. It's a quiet oasis despite being in a busy area, and the view from the room was an added bonus. Overall, it offers great value for money. Both the environment and service were exactly what I hoped for. This is definitely my top choice when I'm in the area and highly recommended!

My first trip to Suzhou and this hotel in Xijiao really surprised me. The lobby is grand, and I was very satisfied with the front desk service. Lisa at the front desk was professional and understood our needs perfectly. The hotel is right by the Grand Canal, offering beautiful canal views from the room. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and very plentiful. I highly recommend this as a top choice for a five-star hotel.

The room temperature was too high. Even with the AC on its lowest setting, it was still 26 degrees Celsius. I called an engineer to check it, and he said it was normal, which was just ridiculous.

The DoubleTree by Hilton changed its name, but you can still feel the Hilton touch. The front desk and restaurant service were both excellent, very warm and professional. They even upgraded my room and sent some fruit. The facilities are all good, parking is convenient, and the bedding quality and cleanliness are great. It's a very good value for money for business trips in Wujiang. Just a small suggestion: perhaps because of the previous name change and renovation, I'd recommend airing out the rooms more often recently.
